The scent is truly luxurious and lasts from morning until afternoon. It smells similar to the new shampoo. It's too hard and doesn't lather well. They say it melts when you rub it with your hands, but not at all... Before showering, fill an empty black pot with hot water and put the conditioner in it! The refreshing scent and being plastic-free are the only positives I can think of I'm not sure if it's because my hair is short, but since this isn't a foaming product and you have to rub it directly into your hair, it's incredibly inconvenient. It doesn't make my hair as soft as a regular squeeze-and-use conditioner either. Those with longer hair might find it less troublesome
