Excellent for cuticle care! - It's fantastic at taming those dry, pesky cuticles! It's not just moisturizing, it's like pure butter. At first, you might think you're just applying oil without any hydration, but once it absorbs, you'll see the real effects. This product truly shines after about a week of consistent use. I was skeptical at first, but after applying it every time I washed my hands or felt dry while working, now my cuticles barely lift at all! Of course, like all cuticle care products, consistency is key! 2. The scent is absolutely divine! - The lemon fragrance is so sweet and tangy, it lifts my mood every time I apply it. 3. Generous amount - As a cuticle cream, the quantity is substantial. It'll probably last all year! While it might seem pricey, considering the amount, it's quite worth it.
Cons1. Being essentially an oil/butter product, it might feel too greasy for some users. 2. I left it on a heated floor and it melted quite a bit. It might be challenging to use during summer months.
TipFor hygienic use, scoop out the amount you need onto the back of your hand first, then apply it to your cuticles from there. This keeps the product in the pot clean and dust-free! Any leftover product on the back of your hand can be rubbed in for extra moisture, which is especially great for extremely dry hands in winter.

Since I wash my hands frequently, they tend to get dry, so this level of richness was perfect for me.
ConsThe biggest drawback is that it's not in a tube. For someone like me who prefers tube packaging for hand creams due to air exposure, dust, and various other reasons, the container was bothersome. It also made me feel a bit uneasy about using it.
TipThere's not much else to add, really.

It effectively removed cuticles and dead skin cells from my hands. That's a definite plus. However, I think this product might have been discontinued. Since it's been a while since I used it, I'm not entirely sure about its current availability.
ConsThe scent was really not to my liking. It had a fresh lemon smell, but there was this lingering sticky, cloying odor at the end that I couldn't stand. Among Lush products, this is probably the only one where I truly disliked the fragrance.

It was recommended specifically for cuticles, and it definitely reduced the dryness around my nails significantly. While it's not an intensely refreshing lemon scent, the fragrance is still quite pleasant. Since it's meant for just around the nails, I think the amount is quite generous.
ConsI thought it would be fine to apply it all over my hands, but I couldn't handle how slippery they became... It doesn't absorb very quickly, so applying it to your entire hands can be quite troublesome.
TipI recommend using it on dry areas like elbows, feet, and heels. The expiration date isn't very long, so I'm generously applying it to my toes as well.

The cuticles all settle down. It seems to really nourish the nails. I've been using it consistently, and since then, even when I get my nails done, they don't chip easily! (Before, my nails were so weak they'd chip easily) ✅ Scent [This is purely personal preference] I absolutely love fresh scents like lemon or orange. While this scent might be polarizing, I adore the very strong lemon+ginger fragrance. It's so, so, so, so good! However, the scent is really intense, so some people might find it overwhelming. It's all about personal taste!
Cons❌ Rich texture While most hand creams absorb and provide hydration, this one feels like it's just coating the skin. After application, it feels slippery and shiny, not hydrating, and it's too rich to be suitable as a hand cream. Not recommended for those looking for a hand cream! ❌ Too hard Compared to hand creams, it's too hard to spread easily. Another reason why it's not suitable as a hand cream! ❌ Short shelf life Well, that's typical of Lush products... a short shelf life
TipPlease use this as a nail cream, not a hand cream! I use this as a nail cream and carry a separate hand cream. I always do nail art, and my nails used to be weak and chip quickly, but since using this, my nails have become much healthier and the polish lasts longer! (It's really not great as a hand cream, so avoid that) Some people occasionally use it as a hand cream, but it's a cuticle butter, so let's just stick to regular hand creams, okay? Also, since there's a lot of product, I recommend transferring some to a small container like those sold at Daiso, just like I do! While I think this product has more cons and I've written it that way, the pros are so significant that I just can't give it up❤️❤️❤️

Since it's a lemon product, it really feels like you're applying fresh lemon juice to your skin. You can apply it to all dry areas, and when you use it after showering on dry skin, your body exudes a subtle lemon fragrance. Although it's a cream product, when applied to hands or dry areas, it gives a glossy finish as if you've used an oil.
ConsI bought this as a hand cream, but the product is extremely thick and feels more greasy than moisturizing, making it a bit challenging to use as a hand cream. Instead of thinking of it as a hand cream, it's better to consider it as a multi-purpose cream for dry areas.
TipRather than applying it generously like you would with a regular hand cream, it's better to layer small amounts. This approach helps prevent greasiness and seems to keep dryness at bay for longer.

Soothes all the dryness on the back of my hands and cuticles, with impressive staying power.
ConsWhile it's great for moisture, the texture is admittedly a bit thick. There's a slight feeling of heaviness, similar to when you apply Vaseline.
TipIf you apply it to your nails too, they'll get a beautiful shine.
