Pros
In January 2016, I started receiving skin care treatment at a hospital I was visiting. The moisturizer I had been using previously seemed to be causing acne, so they recommended this product and I decided to try it. Since it was recommended by the hospital, I thought it would be good, so I applied it all over my face without even testing it first. It was a bit disappointing - the texture was somewhat thick and heavy, not creamy, and after applying it all over, my face felt like it had a film over it.
Cons
It didn't take long before my face started feeling itchy and irritated in various spots, and I had to wash it off right away. Even after washing, my face started getting red and bumpy, and by the next morning, my cheeks and the center of my face had broken out a lot. Looking at the ingredients, it seems the mineral oil didn't agree with my skin. I went back to the hospital for skin treatment, but my skin ended up getting even worse, so I never went back to that hospital again. It was just an expensive product that didn't work for my skin at all.

Pros
The moisturizing feeling seems to last a bit longer compared to regular emulsions. There's also no particular scent that bothers me. The tube packaging makes it easy to control the amount used.
Cons
It was good at first, but after using it a few times, my face started to feel irritated. That's why I came to Hwahae to check the ingredients. Seeing that many people like it, I think the issue might just be with my skin.
Tip
Applying it with a light patting motion after using a hydrating serum or ampoule gives a nice coated feeling.

Pros
The application is incredibly smooth - it feels like it almost disappears when applied, similar to a primer rather than a moisturizer. However, the hydration seems quite lacking, unfortunately. It doesn't seem to be a true moisturizer...
Cons
When I applied it, it provided no hydration at all and my face felt itchy. And even though I applied a moisturizer, the formula felt more like a primer, so I was worried it would clog my pores, which made me feel uneasy. I would not recommend this.
