After using this, my blemishes definitely disappeared. Now that I've stopped using it, they're slowly coming back. Everything's great except the packaging isn't pretty. If only the container was more attractive, I'd be showing it off to everyone all the time. I've tried other toners, but I really want to come back to this one. I have oily skin prone to blemishes, not combination dehydrated skin. Hydration: It's very hydrating, so my skin didn't feel dry at all. I applied an exfoliating toner first, then did about two layers of this toner. Texture: It has a completely watery consistency, which I prefer over gel-like textures that can feel oily as the seasons change. Application and absorption: It adheres well to cotton pads when applying after an exfoliating toner, and it absorbs well when patting it in. I really like that! Scent: Fragrance-free!!! That's really important, isn't it? Soothing effect: While it didn't cause any new blemishes, I didn't feel like it was particularly calming either. I bought it expecting great results since it's marketed as 'cica', but the effects weren't dramatic and I didn't really feel much of a soothing effect, which was a bit disappointing. I'd recommend this to people who generally have good skin but occasionally get a blemish or two!
