I have extremely dry skin. It's been very dry since high school, and I've rarely had acne. When I saw this product at Costco, I decided to give it a try, and it's quite good for its price. I've been using it for 3 days now, and when I first apply it in the morning, my face seems to have a glow. When I used Cetaphil before, my skin looked a bit matte, but this one feels more hydrating. For the first couple of hours after application, it feels very moisturizing and nice. However, after a few hours, my skin already starts to feel dry and tight. The glow disappears, and by the time I'm ready to wash my face in the evening, my skin feels very tight - especially around the mouth area. I tried reapplying, but it still feels dry, perhaps because I didn't use toner and emulsion after cleansing. Yesterday, I'm not sure if it was because I wasn't feeling well or because I have somewhat sensitive skin, but after applying it in the evening, the skin around my mouth became irritated. However, when I woke up this morning feeling better and applied it again, I didn't experience any such reaction. Today there were no issues at all. The price is good, and it looks great when first applied, so I think it would be perfect for those with less dry skin than mine.
