When used in the morning, you can definitely see a difference in puffiness! It also has a really nice cooling effect, which is great for soothing stiff areas or muscle knots. As someone who works a desk job, my neck is always tense, so I apply it to the back of my neck and it feels like a massage! Since it's designed with a rolling ball that dispenses oil, it's not the easiest to control the amount. It can be a bit tricky to spread thinly and absorb. So when using it outside during the day, you might feel a slightly sticky residue from the oil.
