  Pros

  Using this shampoo alone, without any conditioner, works wonders on your hair... The shine is absolutely incredible!

  Cons

  After just one use, my scalp became itchy and I started developing blemishes. Only by rinsing extremely thoroughly did it become somewhat bearable.

  Pros

  I bought this because it's called a protein shampoo and has good ingredients. The scent is nice, it lathers well, and leaves my hair feeling soft.

  Cons

  I don't have particularly oily or sensitive scalp, but after using this, my head would get unbearably itchy after about 12 hours (especially before bed). I'd scratch intensely and develop dandruff. My hair didn't get greasy or matted, but the back of my scalp was so itchy that I switched to a different shampoo and realized this one was the problem.

  True to its name as a 'protein' shampoo, it leaves hair feeling smooth and manageable even without conditioner or treatment. Your locks feel nourished and well-groomed after just one wash.

  Cons

  The cleansing effectiveness seems weak, leaving hair feeling less than fresh. Worse yet, I started experiencing dandruff after using this product.

  Tip

  After repeatedly dyeing and bleaching my hair to the point of severe damage, I tried using this Hair Plus protein shampoo along with the protein treatment. The improvement in my hair's condition was remarkably noticeable.

  Not much to praise... It lathers well? The scent isn't bad? Maybe it's good for those with dry skin...

  Cons

  I got terrible blemishes along my hairline. Even after rinsing, my skin felt oily (I have oily skin). It also caused static in my hair. I can't find any advantages to this product.

  Unfortunately, there are some side effects. After washing, my scalp feels itchy and my skin is starting to get dry.
