If you apply about two patches a day, blemishes heal quickly. It has a soothing effect and isn't very noticeable, which is great. I plan to buy more when they're on sale. The adhesive residue remains, so you need to wipe it off with a tissue. It can be slightly irritating on wounds. There are small and large sizes available, but I'm disappointed that there are more large ones when I prefer the smaller ones, as I tend to get more small pimples rather than big blemishes. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinJun 14, 2023
The adhesive power is insane... It really sticks on there and doesn't come off easily. Since it contains tea tree extract, I tried using it to soothe my skin before extracting blemishes. Surprisingly, it seems to help bring pimples to a head faster when applied. Sometimes there's residual adhesive left on the skin after removing the patch. Trying to clean that off can be a bit irritating to the skin. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 2, 2023
First off, you get a generous amount for a great price. The tea tree ingredient works well for me, so I use it regularly. When I have blemishes coming up, applying this really seems to help calm them down. For those who don't react well to tea tree, this might be a bit irritating. Also, if you apply it when your skin isn't completely dry, it doesn't stick well and comes off easily. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinOct 27, 2022
The calming and spot patch effects are truly incredible. The adhesion is decent, and the size is just right. Sometimes it's hard to remove, which can actually irritate blemishes. Also, it seems to lose effectiveness with frequent use compared to when you first start using it. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinAug 4, 2022
It effectively calms down small blemishes! The patches are thin, so they're not very noticeable when applied. Removing the patches can irritate the skin... Those with super sensitive skin should avoid using them.... - Hwahae UserDry SkinJun 27, 2022
The blemishes heal quickly, making extraction easier. It also adheres well to the skin. The adhesive part is a bit irritating, causing redness on the skin around the blemish area. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinMar 31, 2022
I bought this because of the positive reviews, and I'm pleased with the generous amount. It's great that it comes in different sizes, so you can choose the right one for your needs. Unfortunately, when I remove the patch, I feel like the adhesive irritates my blemishes. It's a bit disappointing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 16, 2021
Great value for money and easy to use. It seems to have a soothing effect, and I liked that it contains tea tree oil. The adhesion is also excellent! While it does calm the skin, when removing the patch there's a bit of stickiness that might cause some irritation. I'm not sure if it's because my face is naturally oily, but that was my experience. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinNov 17, 2021
It feels like it's really calming my blemishes, which is exactly what you'd expect from a soothing spot patch I guess it's unavoidable that repeatedly applying and removing spot patches can cause some irritation to the skin - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinNov 4, 2021
It doesn't leave much residue. The tea tree ingredient really helps reduce oozing and swelling. It's even better because I don't have to touch my face as much! It doesn't work well on blemishes that haven't come to a head yet. For faster soothing, you need to pop them and drain the fluid first. If left on for more than 12 hours, it becomes sticky and irritating when you try to remove it. Make sure to stick to the recommended application time.
