Pros
Ever since using the Defying Shampoo, even in the summer, my scalp no longer gets oily and I don't experience any skin troubles. It feels like my scalp is comfortable. I've been using it for about 3 years now.
Cons
Those who have tried Andalo products would know well that they are made with natural ingredients and do not contain surfactants. When using them for the first time, there doesn't seem to be much lather, and the hair feels a bit stiff, so it takes some time to get used to it.

Rather than a special tip, I first wash my hair with an inexpensive regular shampoo as a preliminary step, then thoroughly rinse it out.
