It doesn't shine like an oily product, but applies just the right amount of moisture without being too soft. Once applied, the moisturizing effect lasts for hours. I tend to get a lot of flaky skin on my nose, so I apply it there too when going to bed or going out, and the flakiness subsides and it stays moisturized for a long time, even when I'm out for a long time. It's truly an essential item for me in the winter. Among all the lip balms I've used, I can confidently say this is the best one.
And above all, the scent is absolutely wonderful. It's a subtle almond flower scent with a hint of refreshing mint.
