The 400ml size is generous. The cap is designed for easy opening and closing. Cotton pads are a must! Be careful when using as the liquid flows out quickly. It's gentle, causing no irritation, which is fantastic! Highly recommended for those with dry skin.
ConsIt doesn't remove eye makeup very well. Use an eye makeup remover before this cleanser.

It can effectively remove light sunscreens like those with organic UV filters.
ConsUnfortunately, it doesn't remove makeup well. It struggles even with base makeup, which is why I only use it when I'm wearing light sunscreen with organic UV filters.

Feels like you can use it liberally! I used to use cleansing oil! First off, cleansing oil, being oil-based, left residue and didn't feel like it cleaned well, so I had to follow up with cleansing foam 2-3 times. But this cleansing water, not being oil-based, rinses off so well - I love it! After cleansing, there's no heavy feeling, it just washes away cleanly! The large volume means you can use it generously! Also, I have dry skin and usually experience severe tightness and dryness after washing, always needing to spray mist right after. But with Nivea cleansing water, that dryness and tightness improved noticeably! My skin is somewhat sensitive, and while it's not severe, I occasionally get blemishes, so I used it for about two weeks with some apprehension. Fortunately, my skin stayed fine! I plan to keep using it diligently!
ConsFirst, there's a slight burning sensation! I was worried this might cause blemishes... Although it didn't, it was still concerning. Also, while it removes face and eye makeup fairly well, it's not effective enough to replace eye makeup remover, so I use a separate one for my eyes! The cleansing water does remove some, but I want a more thorough cleanse... Unsurprisingly, it feels a bit inadequate to finish cleansing a made-up face with just cleansing water! Summary: Burning sensation, cleansing effectiveness
TipI use a separate eye makeup remover and use the cleansing water along with cleansing foam - I find this combination gives the best cleansing effectiveness!!

Skin type: Dry, Sensitive First off, the quantity is quite generous :) It seems like enough to last for several months. The packaging is great, so there's no risk of leakage when you flip it over! Even when you open the cap and turn it upside down, you need to give it a gentle squeeze for the water to come out. It doesn't gush out, which makes it very convenient and pleasant to use! I really appreciate that it's fragrance-free 😊 There's minimal irritation, so it removes makeup quite gently. True to its 'hydrating' name, it's very moisturizing! I think it would be perfect for those with dry skin.
ConsTo be honest.... I really struggled to find positive things to say about this product.... It was a 'what is this...?' kind of item for me. First of all, it doesn't cleanse well. After using this product to wipe my face until nothing showed on the cotton pad, I tried wiping again with another product I usually use, and foundation kept coming off.... I thought the gentle nature was good, but it seems that gentleness comes at the cost of cleansing power.... I was shocked to see makeup still coming off. Also, after wiping with a cotton pad, the solution? remains on your face. So when you look in the mirror, you see little beads of white liquid all over ㅋㅋㅋ It makes me wonder if it's actually cleansing at all. While it's true that it's not drying, it feels... too oily. I expected it to be refreshing since it looks like water, but absolutely not.... Rather than saying it's not drying, it just feels greasy? For those with dry skin, I think it would be better to use other well-known products instead of this water. Even if it's more expensive, using a different product would be much better. Meanwhile, there's so much of it that I'm at a loss about what to do with it all ㅋㅋㅋ I really can't recommend this product... In short: It doesn't cleanse well and it's too oily. It feels like it's not wiping off, but just lingering on your face.

As someone with dry skin, I often experienced deep dryness after using cleansing waters. However, with this product, I felt less tightness and my skin felt nicely hydrated afterwards. The cleansing effectiveness was also good, and it's gentle enough that I think it would work well for those with super sensitive skin!
ConsIf I had to point out an area for improvement, I'd say that it's probably best to remove point makeup separately and then finish with this cleansing water. While it worked well for me overall, it might struggle a bit with heavily pigmented lip products.
TipI recommend using a separate eye makeup remover for heavily pigmented products before using this product all over your face.

You could say it feels hot inside? I often experience deep dryness. Advantage 1. It's hydrating After cleansing, a soft moistness remains. It's not slippery, but a hydrated feeling. I used it with a gentle foam cleanser, and even after drying with a towel, a soft moistness remained (I was very satisfied with this). Especially in summer, if you keep it in the fridge and apply it to your skin with a cotton pad when you get home, it's truly healing. Using it this way, I felt like my pores even seemed to shrink a bit! For those who don't like the moist feeling, you could use a foam cleanser or soap that leaves skin feeling clean and fresh. That way, you'll likely have fresh-feeling skin on the outside and hydration on the inside! Advantage 2. Volume The large volume means you can use it generously! Great value for money. My previous one had a sorbet texture and ran out quickly, but this water-based one soaks into cotton pads quickly with just a small amount. Depending on the cotton pad, for those who split 5-ply pads, even with generous use, it should last over 3 months. Advantage 3. Excellent cleansing for a gentle product It's gentle but removes makeup very well. It removes everything except waterproof eyeliner. It may vary by product, but it especially removes eyebrow makeup and shimmer completely. Unless you're wearing heavy makeup, this should be able to remove it all. I'm very satisfied with it for daily use. I intend to repurchase. Advantage 4. Packaging I really liked the packaging too. The opening has a good seal, so it seems like not even a speck of dust will get in! Some people say it's hard to aim, but instead of spraying directly onto the cotton pad, try tilting and pressing it against the pad! It won't splash and soaks in well. It's such a shame I can't attach a video...
ConsDrawback 1. When I tried to remove a thick layer of mineral sunscreen, it didn't feel like it cleaned perfectly. It removes other sunscreens well, but being a cleansing water, it seems like it doesn't remove anything with even a hint of water-resistance very well. It's more of a fact than a drawback.
TipIf you soak a cotton pad, place it on your nose, then apply a peeling gel and rub, it feels like blackheads are removed more gently. I always get blemishes when I use oil, but this is so gentle that I didn't get any blemishes using it this way! Being a water-based product, it seems to have high versatility for use in various ways, which is great. If I find other ways to use it, I'll update my review.

I loved that the generous volume allowed me to soak my cotton pads without worry. Even during cleansing, you can feel how gentle it is. My skin is super sensitive and reacts immediately, but this was great. From the second use, I tried it with a foam maker, and it lathers well too. Throughout my use, I didn't experience any blemishes, and there was no redness after cleansing. Despite my dry skin, I didn't feel any deep dryness. I always use cleansing water even after applying sunscreen, and this one was gentle and hydrating, perfect for daily use. The cap wasn't stiff to open and close, which was nice, and I appreciated that it didn't have any particular scent. I plan to repurchase this when I run out!
ConsIt comes out too quickly... You might need to gently press the bottle when using it. I pressed too hard at first and ended up spraying it on the floor. The cleansing effectiveness isn't enough to skip a second cleanse.
TipMy skin is super sensitive, so I even use cleansing water with a foam maker. I recommend a foam maker for those who find cotton pads irritating. While it does have the drawback of dripping, you can use it without irritation.
