I first purchased it in Nepal and found it to be affordable and reasonably moisturizing. Since it wasn't bad, I bought it again when it was a buy-one-get-one-free deal.

Glides on smoothly! The tube shape has a thin and elongated nozzle, making application very easy to control. When applied at night and slept in, the undereye area becomes slightly brighter and more moisturized.
Cons
I didn't notice any issues while using the product, but when I was writing reviews for other items, I decided to check it out just in case. The ingredients are really concerning, especially since it's an eye cream and it contains components that can cause eye problems. And it has two different parabens in an eye cream - that's just too much. A friend gave it to me and I used it, and the scent was not unpleasant, and it was moisturizing.
Cons
I diligently applied it to try to prevent eye wrinkles, but white, bumpy sebum-like substances appeared on the applied area, so I stopped using it. Since it was around the eyes, I couldn't compress it well and it didn't come off easily. I just checked the ingredients and threw it away.

Pros
It is well-absorbed, not very sticky, balances oil and moisture well, and is gentle. It has never been flipped over. It's only 4,000 won in the local area, which is a steal!!! It's less than 200 rupees. It's good for dry skin. For oily skin, it's a no-go.
Cons
