From Hwahae, I take the Cossom, split it in half, and thin it out. I then soak it and wrap it in a sheet. The instructions say to use it for 15 minutes, but I keep it on for about 40 minutes and then scrape it off with the device!! This allows me to experience the white, milky orgasm.

It was disappointing that the cotton was quickly used up after being thoroughly soaked, which was a shame.

From some point, my skin became sensitive to sebum and developed milia. From some point, stubborn sebum or milia-like bumps started appearing on my chin like crazy. The stubborn sebum couldn't be removed with cleansing oil, so I was considering going to a dermatologist, but then I tried using the Dissolve Essence I had bought and forgotten about before... Just using it once made a lot of the rough, uneven bumps go away!! It also effectively removes whiteheads on the nose!!!

There was some minor peeling of dead skin cells on the nose, but it wasn't severe.

For a sebum softener, it's not overly harsh. Even with a short application time, it effectively softens sebum. Blackheads visibly surface, turning white. They can be easily removed with a cotton swab or gentle pressure, coming out of the pores without irritation. I used it for about 15 minutes and didn't experience any redness or tingling. The included nose cotton pads make it even more convenient to use.

I find that 20-30 minutes is the ideal duration, and it's best to use this method only once a week. For regular maintenance, opt for gentler sebum removal techniques. I recommend using thinner cotton pads than those provided by Sidmool for better results.

Once, in my eagerness to thoroughly remove sebum, I left it on for over 40 minutes. This not only removed sebum but also caused excessive swelling of dead skin cells, making the use of a pore extractor feel irritating.

✨ How to Use
The Dissolve Essence has a water-like texture. Saturate a cotton pad with it, place it on your nose for about 15 minutes, then remove the sebum. Pro tip: Cover the cotton pad with plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out too quickly! After 15 minutes, you'll see visible white sebum that can be gently removed with a pore extractor.

However, since I have dry skin without much sebum on my nose and no blackheads, I couldn't really notice a significant difference. Still, I think it's probably better than not using anything at all, so I'm going to try to use it diligently!

The included cotton pad is too thick, so it absorbs a lot of the product. If you're going to wrap it, a thinner cotton pad might work better.

After applying it for about 20 minutes and wrapping it, you'll get a smooth, irritation-free nose. I use it about once a week, but use it more frequently when my pores are more clogged.

A great tip is to soak the cotton pad in the Dissolve Essence and then cover it with something like plastic wrap. This prevents the essence from drying out while you wait. And for those with severe blackheads, the blackheads may initially feel quite stubborn and not come out easily when you first start using the product. In that case, you can leave the cotton pad on for around 40 minutes, and since this product is not highly irritating, all the blackheads will eventually be extracted. However, this method is not recommended for those with sensitive skin.

I don't have any major complaints, but since it's a pore-refining product, there is a possibility of skin irritation, so if you're using it for the first time, it's best to do a patch test on a small area first before applying it all over. Also, the included cotton pads are really great, but I wish they came in a larger size, as I tend to go through them quite quickly.

This is the Dissolve Essence, which is truly the best among pore-refining products, and I have been using it consistently for over 10 bottles! When I used other brands of pore-refining products, my skin would become reddish and feel a bit itchy, so I thought they were irritating and didn't use them much. But after discovering the Sidmool Dissolve Essence, even when leaving it on for a long time, there is no irritation, and it feels gentle on my skin, so I was really thrilled! My skin type is oily, so I had a lot of trouble with excess sebum production, but using the Dissolve Essence once a week gradually reduced my sebum production. Now I only need to use it once every 2 weeks, and the blackheads and whiteheads have significantly decreased. At this point, I only need to use it once a month, as the rate of blackhead and whitehead formation has drastically reduced, leaving my skin much clearer and more refined. Makeup also doesn't lift off anymore, and this product has truly become a holy grail for me! As long as this product doesn't get discontinued, I will use it for the rest of my life, and I always keep a bottle on hand. I would highly recommend this to anyone who struggles with severe blackheads and whiteheads all over their face.

It would be even better if the performance was a bit stronger. It's a bit of a hassle to do it often...

I've used this product about 3 times, and visually, the pores on my nose do seem to be less clogged after use. But I was curious to see just how much sebum is removed, so I compared before and after using my hair loss management camera at home. (Warning: Slightly gross 🙄) The first photo is before using the product.

The level of sebum removal isn't like everything gets extracted all at once. If I don't use it for a while, I find I need to use it daily for 3-4 days to really feel like my pores look clean.

I didn't find it too irritating! Using it with a cotton pad and wiping it off at the end, I did feel a slight tingling, but the exfoliating product itself seems quite gentle.

It's not an amazing must-have product, but it's reasonably priced and easy to use regularly, so I've continued using it.
I'd recommend giving it a try at least once!

The volume is too small, which is disappointing. I feel it is expensive considering the volume.

I always use this product after using a pore strip, and it has great pore purifying and tightening effects.

After doing all that, I also use a tightening pack, which really enhances the effects.

The only downsides are that it can be a bit irritating if used too often, and it's a bit on the pricier side.

After using this product, I don't have to worry about blackheads anymore.
While there are many other blackhead removal products out there, I've been using this one along with the second product out of loyalty to the brand.
This one is used to prepare the skin, making it easier to apply the second product.

2. If you have a blackhead extractor, it's the best for removing deep-seated, old blackheads
