It's incredibly hydrating and peels off gently. After using it, just like a regular sheet mask, your face feels noticeably soft and supple. I wish the mask would dry a bit faster. At first, it drips quite a bit, which is a bit disappointing. I definitely felt an improvement in my skin texture right after use. The softness and hydration lasted until the morning after sleeping with the mask on! I'm not sure if I'm using it incorrectly, but I couldn't remove the first step and the mask together. I had to remove them separately, and the hardened first step was difficult to remove from my skin. This was my first time trying a modeling mask! Peeling it off was both fun and fascinating. I usually keep my masks in the fridge and use them one by one to reduce sebum and soothe my skin. This mask seems to both calm the skin and refine the skin texture. After using it, my skin feels super soft, and my makeup applies beautifully the next day! I think I like it even more than collagen masks. I'm definitely considering repurchasing, though the price is a bit steep. It takes quite a while to dry... The instructions say to peel it off after 20-30 minutes, but it doesn't dry well. That's a bit of a downside! I received this product through Hwahae for review purposes. First off, the application method was so unique and exciting! You apply this jelly-like gel mask, then stick on a moist sheet. The gel mask transforms into a transparent film that sets according to the sheet's shape. It's like watching gelatin set - so fascinating! Popping it in the fridge before use is perfect for summer. It gives an amazing soothing and cooling effect! It seems to help improve skin tone and complexion. Since it's not a sticky mask, there's no worry about blemishes. After removing the mask, the residue doesn't peel off cleanly. I'd avoid using it right before going out. Some parts of the hardened mask come off easily, while others don't. It feels wasteful to wash it off immediately just to remove it. The mask doesn't leave enough richness, so you need to apply a cream afterwards. As someone with problematic skin, I've tried various masks since my early 20s, but this modeling pack was a first for me and felt truly innovative. You need to apply the Step 1 product carefully to avoid it sticking to your hair, as you'll be peeling it off after about 20 minutes. Since it peels off like a peel-off mask, make sure to apply it away from your hairline. Importantly, you must spread Step 1 evenly and thoroughly. Otherwise, it'll come off in bits when you remove the mask. After applying Step 1, place the mask sheet on top and relax~~~ It feels incredibly refreshing! I was so excited to see how my skin would turn out~~^^ Peeling it off is quite an experience! First, the mask sheet comes off, and underneath, a thin film peels away like a peel-off mask. The key is removing this layer properly. That's why it's crucial to apply Step 1 thoroughly - otherwise, you'll end up having to wash your face. (I wish this was explained in the instructions) You can really tell how much more hydrated and brightened your complexion becomes. It's been ages since I've used a mask like this! It's definitely worth the price. I think it even improves skin elasticity. First, the fragrance. I'm really disappointed about this. I don't find the scent particularly pleasant, and it's quite strong, which I didn't like. I wonder if they could consider removing the fragrance from this great product? Secondly, I wish Steps 1 and 2 had perforated edges. I had to use scissors every time to open them. It's a bit of a hassle. Thirdly, they should really emphasize that you need to use all of Step 1. As a winner of the Hwahae Testers program, here's my objective review after trying the product: On the first day, I applied it with my hands and then put on the sheet mask. It seemed like I applied too much, as it didn't dry and didn't adhere well. The next day, I used a brush to apply a thinner layer, and about 50% of it dried within 15 minutes. My skin texture felt a bit softer afterwards. Personally, I thought the scent was fine. The packaging design wasn't bad either - the thick wrapping gave it a sturdy feel. In my opinion, I wouldn't purchase this at this price point. I noticed a couple of blemishes appear after using it. Most importantly, I didn't see any significant effects on lifting or pores. 1. Cooling effect & pore minimizing It's incredibly refreshing, which feels amazing. When you have this on, it's so cool! Pores appear to visibly shrink, though it's temporary. Still, consistent use of this mask might yield great results! 2. Reduces redness & dead skin cells This is what I'm most satisfied with. After laser hair removal on my chin, I neglected proper aftercare, resulting in reddish areas and dead skin cell buildup. After using this mask for about 3 days, the redness almost disappeared completely. It seems to have boosted hydration too, as the dead skin cells vanished. 3. Brightening effect Immediately after use, your face looks remarkably brighter - almost to the point of looking a bit unnatural. The skin texture appears improved as well. It seems you need to use it consistently to see lasting effects, but the price is quite steep. Seeing it priced at $75 for 5 sheets on the official website made me give up. Also, the opening part isn't pre-cut, so I always had to use scissors to open it, which was a bit inconvenient. The soothing and brightening effects were great. At first, I didn't notice much difference from other products, but after the second use, my skin looked clearer. I used it with my mom, and she was very satisfied, saying her fine lines seemed to have smoothed out. However, the effects don't last too long. I suppose skin can't improve dramatically with just cosmetics... While the steps are a bit complicated, I saw quite good results, which was fascinating. It's difficult to open. It would be helpful if you could mark where to cut. The first step is hard to apply evenly. A brush would make it easier, but that would probably increase the price, so I'll pass. The scent seemed too strong, and sure enough, the fragrance content is high. Consider removing it as it's unnecessary... The price... it's absolutely outrageous, isn't it? Even on the website, it's 75,000 won for just five sheets... At this price, I won't buy it. After a quick exfoliation, applying this mask allows your skin to really absorb the nourishment.

I was worried about trying this type of modeling mask for the first time, but it suited me so well that I'm considering repurchasing. First off, the sheet mask is moisturizing yet slightly rich, but it doesn't feel suffocating at all. I loved how well it adhered to my skin. The scent isn't artificial or overly cosmetic-like. It's so subtle that I barely noticed it, which made it very pleasant to use. It was a bit inconvenient that the mask didn't come off in one piece. I had to either wipe it off entirely or remove it bit by bit with my hands. When removing the mask, if you have an exfoliating toner, try applying it to a cotton pad and wiping your face. It helps the mask come off easily! I highly recommend this method, especially for the hairline and around the nose area.
