  The Hwahae Testers have found that the core of the Black Tea line, which provides anti-aging and hydration care simultaneously, is an effective ampoule. When used on days when the skin feels lacking in elasticity or unusually dull, it noticeably restores skin condition. The formula is dense but not heavy, and absorbs quickly, allowing layering with other products without feeling overburdened. Notably, the hydration lasts long, so when applied at night and slept in, the skin appears much more supple and radiant the next morning.

  Cons

  There is a light wrinkle improvement effect, but there is little immediate lifting sensation. And depending on skin type, a slight stinging sensation may be felt during initial use, so it is recommended to do a patch test, especially on sensitive days.

  Tip

  I use this product by layering the ampoule twice on its own before applying the moisturizer. Since it is highly concentrated, the tip is to apply it in small amounts multiple times, as applying too much at once can feel heavy.

  The texture is slightly bouncy, like an essence, but it applies smoothly and absorbs quickly! After applying and sleeping, it really feels like your skin is plumped up from within. The signature black tea scent subtly diffuses, which actually makes me feel good as it feels like a perfect end-of-day routine. The biggest advantage is that it takes care of hydration, firmness, and skin texture all at once! Even when I don't have time for my full skincare routine, applying just this one product gives me the satisfaction of having completed my basic routine.   I've been using this product since it came in the brown bottle before the redesign - it's truly a staple in my routine that I've settled on. I especially rely on it during seasonal changes and in cold winters like now. My skin type is combination dehydrated, and without proper moisturizing, I feel a dryness that makes my skin feel like it's about to crack after washing. You've all experienced that, right? But after using this product, I feel a rich nourishment that calms the dryness. On days I use this, my makeup also applies smoothly! Moreover, on days when I've been exposed to biting winds, if I layer it twice, there's a noticeable difference in my skin texture. I really hope those with similar skin types to mine give this a try!

  If I absolutely had to point out a downside, it would be that the texture isn't light. It has a slightly thick, mucus-like consistency that might feel heavy in summer. So I'd strongly recommend using this product specifically during seasonal changes and winters like now.

  Tip

  I particularly love using this product for night care. You know how your skin needs soothing after exposure to cold, harsh winds or dry, hot heater air? Well, right after washing my face, I layer this product two or even three times, and the next day, my skin is as smooth as a peeled egg!

  I bought this out of curiosity after a store employee described it as the 'affordable brown bottle'! It's my first Innisfree purchase since childhood, and it seems like a great product for daily use as an ampoule. 1. Rich texture: The formula has a slightly opaque, rich consistency that I personally love. It leaves a pleasant, plump feeling on the skin without being sticky, just a nice moisturized sensation. 2. Hydration: I have dehydrated skin, and when I apply this in the evening followed by a cream, my skin stays hydrated until the next morning! However, it might not be enough on its own for fall and winter. 3. Texture improvement: I found it works particularly well when used with the Black Tea Toner. When my pores looked enlarged and my skin felt rough, using the Black Tea Toner + this ampoule + cream before bed left my skin feeling hydrated and smooth the next day.
