Before reviewing the Ginger6 hand cream, let me describe my skin type: sensitive + combination oily + acne-prone + prone to redness! My skin changes with the seasons: - Extremely oily in spring and fall - Normal in summer - Extremely dry in winter Hydration: I used to consistently use a hand cream that was heavy but not very moisturizing, though I liked its scent. This Ginger6 hand cream has a very light texture. Due to its lightweight formula, it absorbs much faster. I thought such a light, quick-absorbing cream might not provide lasting hydration, but even after half a day, I didn't feel any dryness at all. Fragrance: As I mentioned earlier, for me, hand cream is all about the scent! I'm a fragrance lover who ignores texture, product type, and ingredients as long as it smells good. This product has a fresh floral scent that reminds me of a flower shop! I've used floral scents before, but this one smells like real flowers. It would be perfect for spring. I'm extremely satisfied with the fragrance! Packaging: Lately, it seems like many hand creams come in those aluminum-like tubes that peel and look like squeezed tin cans. As I was writing this review, I noticed that most hand creams have collapsible aluminum packaging that tends to burst at the sides, forcing you to squeeze from the middle. But why? The Ginger6 product's packaging looks much sturdier, so I'm very pleased with it.
Ingredients: As a Hwahae user, I noticed that this product doesn't have the best ingredients. While I'm very picky about ingredients for my facial skincare, I'm not as strict with body or hand products. However, if you have sensitive skin that might not agree with these ingredients, I recommend double-checking the ingredient list carefully before purchasing! Hyperhidrosis: I already tend to have sweaty hands and feet, but after applying this product, it's like my sweat glands explode! The sweating is too significant to ignore, so I've been applying it mainly to the back of my hands and wrists, avoiding my palms. They say you shouldn't use hand cream if you have sweaty hands, but other products weren't this bad. Still, I can't give up using it because the scent is so lovely!
I would repurchase this product. This concludes my Hwahae Testers review of the Ginger6 hand cream.
