Pros
The spot patch was definitely effective after it burst! The patch is a bit thick and large, but it still helped calm the breakout well without letting it get worse. The pre-burst patch was good too - it didn't show much and stayed on well when applied. There's a generous amount, so it feels reliable.
Cons

Pros
I'm not sure if I'm mistaken, but I used the red spot patches thinking they would calm down my acne, but they actually ripened the acne and made it easier to extract. In fact, I liked that. When I use products that only mildly calm the acne, the same spot breaks out again a few days later, but with these patches, I can just stick them on the painful acne, and depending on the size, in a day or two I can peel them off and gently squeeze out the whitehead with a cotton swab, and it comes out cleanly. The yellow spot patches are also great - after extraction, if you put them on, they absorb the fluid really well and help it heal quickly. Honestly, there's not much difference between the hydrocolloid patches and other products, but the red spot patches are as effective as Haidelin. They ripen any acne quickly and leave it in a nice state to be extracted cleanly.

I tried it for a day and left a rating right away. First, I bought it immediately because it was said to be the #1 patch on Hwahae, without looking at other products. I applied about five on my forehead, and they are really not noticeable.
