    Pros
Let's talk about the Hwahae Testers' experience with this product! As someone who's gone through countless tubes of APIEU Madecassoside Cream as my holy grail, I was thrilled to try the x2 version early through Hwahae. If you loved the original APIEU Madecassoside, you'll likely be satisfied with this cream too. Texture: It feels a bit richer than the original, but absorbs well even for combination skin in summer. The consistency is somewhere between an emulsion and a cream - slightly thick with an ivory hue. Soothing: While it doesn't give you an instant glow, it excels at calming the skin, which is crucial for those of us dealing with blemishes. It prevents existing irritation from worsening and helps to settle angry skin. With the current mask-wearing situation causing frequent breakouts and stubborn blemishes, this cream seems to soothe even faster than its predecessor. Hydration: Unlike many blemish-targeting or soothing products that can be either too oily or lacking in moisture, this cream provides ample hydration without feeling greasy. It's suitable even for combination skin leaning towards oily. Packaging: Once you've experienced the convenience of a tube, it's hard to go back to jar packaging. It's hygienic and lightweight - a big plus!
    Cons
While there aren't major drawbacks, here's a word of caution: Although it's a soothing cream, it's not a medicated ointment. Avoid applying it directly on open blemishes or areas where you've extracted sebum. For such spots, always use a patch or proper ointment. Applying skincare products on these areas can cause a stinging sensation!
    Tip
For an intensive treatment, try using it as a sleeping pack: after cleansing with just toner before bed, apply a generous layer. You'll wake up to noticeably calmer skin. In the morning, either just rinse with water or use a gentle, low pH cleanser.
