  Pros

  I think it's reasonably priced, especially when I bought it on sale. Although it's a cream, it has a light, emulsion-like texture. It absorbs quickly due to its thin consistency and doesn't feel sticky at all. The balance between hydration and richness seems just right. When my skin needs soothing, I apply it generously before bed. It seems to calm my skin a bit - I can see some reduction in redness and blemishes. The scent is pleasant too. It suits my skin well, so I'm already on my second tube after finishing the first one.

  Cons

  The thin consistency makes it tricky to control the amount dispensed. For this type of formula, a pump bottle would be better than a tube. It's not quite moisturizing enough. On windy days, my skin feels dry. During winter, I had to either reapply or use an additional moisturizer.

  Tip

  You can use a toothpaste squeezer to get every last bit out of the tube. Sometimes I even cut it open and scrape out the remaining product inside.

As someone with extremely dry skin who's always obsessed with hydration, I find that this absorbs well and gives a sense of replenished moisture. The next morning, my skin still feels moisturized. It's particularly effective in calming areas with millet-like bumps and blemishes when applied directly.

  It seems like this product has been discontinued... what a letdown. I was devastated to discover it was discontinued just as I was about to repurchase after using up my remaining supply.

  However, it seems to make my skin oily after application, and as a result, I developed folliculitis that looked like fish roe after the second use... I bought it because it claimed to have no pore-clogging ingredients, but alas!

The Madecassoside Cream 2x is fragrance-free, with a generous concentration of active ingredients. Its white, soft texture feels moisturizing and absorbs well - it's like watching snow melt on your skin! As someone with deep dryness, regenerative creams are crucial for me. I apply this cream twice, allowing it to absorb each time. While other madecassoside creams I've tried were quite thick, A'PIEU's version is smooth with just the right amount of hydration. My son, who has combination dehydrated skin, continues to use it, and I'm happily using it alongside him.

  I can't find any particular drawbacks with A'PIEU's Madecassoside Cream.
