It's not at all stimulating, and the moisture balance is just right, so when I apply the ampoule and do my makeup, it doesn't feel heavy at all! The fragrance is also unscented, so it's comfortable for people of all ages and genders to use.

It had good moisturizing power and didn't feel sticky or itchy, which was great for my dry and sensitive skin!

I haven't experienced that yet. It might feel a bit sticky for some people, so it might be better suited for dry or combination skin types rather than oily skin.
