Pros
Even though using lip balms like Burt's Bees didn't seem to have any effect on my chapped lips, this product is not quite exceptional, but it does seem to be one of the lip balms with the best moisturizing power. When I apply it in the morning during my skincare routine or when my lips feel dry at home, the dry feeling goes away!
Cons
The scent is... too strong when I wear it under my mask. So I only use it when I'm at home. And the formula tends to crumble easily.

Pros
To be honest, I didn't buy this lip balm expecting it to have amazing functionality. However, I was really pleased that it provides UV protection. The sweet scent is also very nice, and I really enjoy the occasional sweet taste when the lip balm gets into my mouth.
Cons
It melts a bit too easily, so if you put it in your pocket, it can get deformed. And sometimes it clumps up a bit when applied. But I don't think these are major drawbacks at all.
Tip
This product is pretty much perfect as it is, so I don't have any additional tips. I just wish the availability was expanded, as there are many places that don't carry it in Olive Young stores.

Cons
What kind of lip balm is this? It's not even recognized in the US, it's like Carmex! There's something wrong when it gets crushed right after you use it!! That's why I couldn't even apply it 3 times and got so frustrated that I threw it in the trash. It's also overpriced and doesn't even do its job properly, and it gets crushed... And after trying it, the Chapstick at the pharmacy is much better - it doesn't get crushed like that. I tried the Blistex lip treatment in the tub form, and that seems to be the best one. Repurchasing would be weird, and I don't want to use it again. If you're going to use it, just use Chapstick instead.
Tip
If you're going to use it, melt it down in an old container and use it as a tub. The lip balm got crushed like ice cream.
