This is a 5-week program where you use one bottle per week, totaling 5 bottles. Before use, you need to press the product to mix the powder and liquid components. This seems to be designed to keep the easily oxidized vitamin fresh until use. I applied it twice a day, morning and evening, and each bottle lasted about 9 days. The absorption was excellent, but unfortunately, like most vitamin products, it wasn't very hydrating. I usually apply an exfoliating toner, followed by two layers of toner, then an ampoule, and finally a cream. However, when using this product, my skin felt quite dry, so I had to mix some facial oil into my cream for better hydration. I'm sensitive to strong fragrances, but this had a subtle tangerine scent with a hint of cool toner smell. Thankfully, the scent dissipates quickly after application, so it wasn't bothersome. My skin is quite sensitive and often breaks out when I switch products, but fortunately, this didn't cause any blemishes. As for the most important aspect - the brightening effect - I noticed that the post-cleansing glow lasted much longer than usual. While I didn't see much change in my skin blemishes, I feel like using a few more bottles might lead to improvement.
ConsAs mentioned above, it's quite drying, which is disappointing.
TipMake sure to apply sunscreen when using this product in the morning.

My skin is dry with some oily patches, so it's combination + sensitive skin. First off, when I received and opened the product, the packaging was truly luxurious and beautiful! I've never bought or received such a high-end product before, so I was so excited and happy that I went around showing it off to my friends. The set contains 5 full-size products, meant to be used over 5 weeks, one per week, which was great for hygiene. It comes in a pump format, which dispensed just the right amount, making it very convenient to use. As soon as I applied it, I could feel the hydration! There was no greasy feeling at all, just a fresh sensation. The scent is one that most people wouldn't dislike. (Even my mom said the fragrance was nice!) After application, it felt incredibly lightweight. It really, really helps with deep dryness!
ConsThe downside is that first, the price seems a bit steep. I applied it during my morning and evening skincare routines, using two pumps each time, but the amount decreased too quickly, making it difficult to use without worrying about running out. Also, while I have dry skin and it helped with deep dryness, the surface of my skin still felt too dry.
TipFor those with dry skin, I recommend using this more in summer rather than fall or winter! If you do use it in fall or winter, I suggest applying it along with your regular moisturizer. I think this product might be perfect for those with oily skin! I found that applying it right after cleansing, before the skin completely dries, helped prevent that dry feeling and worked well.

My skin tends to be quite sensitive, so I usually stick to gentle, moisturizing products as brightening ones can sometimes cause reactions. Surprisingly, this product hasn't triggered any noticeable blemishes or redness yet. (I did get about 3 small pimples, but I don't think they're related to the product.) The packaging is very luxurious, with the vitamin powder and ampoule separated. This gives a placebo effect that it might be more effective than regular brightening products. It also seems more hygienic. Each bottle is meant to last 7 days, but the amount is more generous than expected. Using three pumps total for morning and evening application during the ampoule step left plenty of product. By days 5-7, I could apply it liberally and still have enough.
ConsThe fragrance is quite strong. I usually use products with little to no scent, so this might have felt more intense to me. Personally, it reminded me of my mother's cosmetics - a bit overpowering. While not nauseating, and I got used to it after a week, the artificial scent isn't particularly pleasant. The hydration is disappointingly weak... I switched from my Torriden serum to this for ten days for the Hwahae Testers event. The weather suddenly became drier, which might have amplified the effect, but the moisturizing power feels very inadequate. It seems to absorb quickly at first, but doesn't seem to relieve deep dryness. This might be the biggest drawback. While the main purpose is brightening rather than moisturizing, it's not an inexpensive product. If you have dry skin, I strongly recommend testing it thoroughly before purchasing. Perhaps due to the short usage period, I didn't notice any significant brightening effects. I usually rinse with rice water as the final step of my evening cleanse, and I feel that might actually be more effective.
TipI used it in this order: toner (Docto-x) - serum - moisturizer. For those with dry skin, I highly recommend using a slightly more hydrating and rich moisturizer!

The box contains 5 vials of Vitamin C ampoules, enough for a week's use, with a total of a month's supply. Before use, you press the pump to burst the powdered Vitamin C, which then mixes with the liquid serum. My first impression was that it caused no irritation. I've tried various Vitamin C products before. Some turned my face yellow, while others caused temporary tingling or itching that felt like irritation. However, this product felt gentle on my skin. Rather than feeling like I'm applying a functional Vitamin C product, it has a comfortable texture similar to a regular serum or ampoule, which I really liked. After using it diligently for a week and observing my skin, I noticed a slight improvement in skin texture, and my uneven complexion became more uniform. Recently, I've been really stressed about blemishes and dead skin cells around my mouth and chin due to wearing masks. I'm happy to report that these areas have noticeably improved!
ConsThere's definitely a distinct Vitamin C scent to the product. As it's a brightening and firming product, it doesn't provide much hydration.
TipTo allow the Vitamin C to deeply penetrate my skin overnight, I exfoliated during my evening cleanse, applied a toner pack, then layered on the serum. I gently patted it in several times to ensure absorption, and finished with a slightly rich moisturizer to create a protective barrier.

First, my skin tone is about #23, and my skin type is combination dehydrated, with various types of blemishes (if I use just anything, I immediately break out in small bumps and pus-filled spots). What's interesting about this product is that it comes with 5 ampoules, each about the length of my finger. You're supposed to use one product per week (I had some left even after a week of use). I applied 3 drops each to my forehead and both cheeks, morning and night. The texture is similar to other ampoules, not sticky at all. I actually experimented with one bottle on my hand to see if it really brightens. I applied it consistently whenever I had time, without worrying about when. I used it up in about 5 days and took a photo in bright light. To my surprise, half of my hand actually became brighter! It was noticeable in bright light, even though during normal days I was skeptical if it was working. When I looked in bright light, I could definitely see the brightening effect! I'll leave another detailed review after using it on my face for 4 weeks. If you have any questions, please leave a comment!
ConsIf I had to pick one disappointing aspect, it might be a bit drying for those with dry skin. But if it really brightens, it might be worth trying.
TipOh! And the instructions say it also has a blemish-fighting function. I'll see if it has any effect on blemishes too (so far, I haven't had any breakouts). After I finish this, I want to buy it again. Although it's a bit pricey, it's effective enough to justify the cost. I'll have to repurchase when I run out.

The packaging is luxurious and beautiful. It feels high-end, matching its price point. 2. While it's a thin liquid that takes about 10 seconds of patting to absorb fully, it applies smoothly. Once absorbed, there's no stickiness - just a nice, soft finish. 3. The initial scent is pleasant - a mild, typical cosmetic fragrance. As someone who dislikes strong scents, I found it inoffensive. 4. Though I haven't used it long-term, I experienced no irritation or blemishes.
Cons1. I'm unsure about its hydration. It feels moisturizing immediately after application, but dries quickly, so I doubt it provides long-lasting hydration. It might work better layered with other skincare products. 2. Since I haven't used it long-term, I can't speak to its effectiveness. The thin liquid texture might contribute to this impression. 3. The price is too steep for regular purchases. Unless the results are dramatic, I probably wouldn't buy it myself. 4. After it's fully absorbed, the scent changes from the initial pleasant one. While I'm not particularly sensitive to fragrances and wouldn't avoid using it because of this, the lingering scent isn't exactly appealing.

As someone with super sensitive skin (I only use COSRX Pure Fit Cica Toner), I usually can't attempt brightening or anti-wrinkle products, but this one wasn't bad at all. I applied one pump on each cheek and half a pump on my forehead before bed. The scent reminds me of my mom's cosmetics. Blemishes: Since I'm not used to using functional products, I noticed a slight redness and tingling, but it wasn't bothersome - just something to expect with active ingredients. Hydration: It's hard to expect much hydration from a functional product, so it's best to use this purely for its intended purpose. It feels somewhere between an ampoule and a serum. Effectiveness: It's hard to tell with just one product. I think I'd need to try all five to really know. Conclusion: It's a decent brightening serum (though I'm not sure about the value considering the price).
ConsThere's a slight stickiness, but it goes away once absorbed. Don't expect much hydration from this functional skincare product.

I know it's important to store vitamin C properly to prevent oxidation, so I was relieved to see that the packaging seems to address this concern. In terms of brightening effects, I noticed it particularly helped even out my complexion. It was more effective for overall redness rather than specific spots. Despite having sensitive skin, I didn't experience any tingling sensation.
ConsI didn't experience any blemishes at all. However, as someone with skin leaning towards oily, I expected this product alone would provide sufficient hydration, but that wasn't the case. Due to its water-like texture, it might be best to apply it along with other occlusive ingredients. As of writing this, I'm halfway through my second bottle, but the amount seems a bit small for using it for more than a month and a half with one purchase.
TipI applied twice the recommended amount as per the product instructions. Since vitamin C needs time to absorb, I applied it in two separate layers, waiting about a minute between each application. To maximize the effects, I recommend using it together with a vitamin E product. Personally, I used it in combination with argan oil.

I loved the packaging - it felt like receiving a gift. It comes with a paper detailing the serum's key features and usage instructions. They use a dual-pump container to safely preserve the Vitamin C. I found this intriguing, as I've only used powder types before due to Vitamin C's instability. The formula has a runny consistency, so I applied it directly to my face by pumping. It absorbs quickly. I can't speak to its effectiveness as I stopped using it, but I plan to add more details later.
ConsI prefer unscented or naturally scented products, but I found the serum's fragrance too strong for my liking. While it claims to address deep dryness, it actually made my skin feel drier. Moreover, it didn't agree with my skin and caused blemishes, so I had to stop using it. I'm planning to give the remaining serum to my mom, who has less sensitive skin. I'll ask her about her experience and update my review later.
TipIf it doesn't work for your face, try using it on your body. Since it has a short shelf life, I've been generously applying it to my knees. While I haven't noticed any significant effects yet, it hasn't caused any issues on my body.

My skin is so prone to dermatitis that I've been prescribed steroid medications when it gets severe. #Soothing What surprised me most was how effectively it calmed my skin! I expected a vitamin ampoule to focus on radiance and brightening, but it really delivered on soothing. After letting my toner absorb, I consistently applied just enough to slightly run on my palms, both morning and afternoon. Gradually, I noticed my redness subsiding. #Redness & Brightening Honestly, I can't definitively say it had a dramatic brightening effect. My skin was already prone to redness and dermatitis... Rather than a direct brightening effect, I felt my complexion looked clearer because my skin was calmed. Still, after using this ampoule, my skin definitely looked more luminous! #Scent & Absorption The fragrance is subtle and pleasant, unlikely to offend anyone. I was concerned about added fragrances, and indeed there are some. However, the scent is nice, and my skin didn't react negatively while using it, so I'm satisfied! The absorption is fantastic. After it sinks in, you immediately feel the hydration, and it even helps with deep dryness to some extent. I've been really happy using it.
ConsThe packaging... it's so difficult to pump out the product. The packaging looks luxurious and I love the ampoule itself, but it's frustrating how it dispenses. It comes out in tiny amounts, sometimes nothing at all, and my skin starts to feel dry while I'm trying to get enough product. It's also such a waste of the remaining ampoule inside. I wish they'd include a cap so we could remove it and use up every last drop efficiently!
TipThese days, the '3 ampoule' trend is popular, but I find this ampoule works best when applied lightly before makeup and given time to absorb fully. It creates such a smooth base for makeup! I've always had dermatitis and quite a few scars, but this makes my skin look so firm. To be honest, I used it more often before applying makeup than at night (be careful not to apply too much, or your makeup might pill - moderation is key!).
