I use this for my daily cleansing routine, and I love how it leaves my skin feeling squeaky clean! I don't really have any complaints. I've always been a fan of cleansing with soap bars. It works even better when used with a foaming net, which I found to be a great combination. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 15, 2020
I have sensitive skin, and with all the mask-wearing lately, I've been experiencing more blemishes. I heard organic soap is good for troubled skin, so I decided to give it a try. My thoughts after using it: 1. Ingredients Being an organic soap, the ingredients are naturally excellent. After using it for about a week, I noticed my skin has calmed down significantly. 2. Post-use hydration I used to think soap would leave my skin feeling dry, but this one actually leaves my skin feeling nicely moisturized. It would be great if it lathered up a bit more, but it still works well enough for cleansing! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 15, 2020
As someone with super sensitive skin prone to atopic flare-ups, I'm always trying to be environmentally conscious and make it a hobby to find products with minimal chemical ingredients. I've finally found my holy grail with this one! Switching cosmetics can be exhausting. I get worn out searching for products that have undergone stability tests from reputable sources, have good ingredients, and aren't filled with unnecessary additives. That's when I discovered this soap! First off, it's one of the few truly organic soaps in Korea with USDA organic certification. Being skeptical by nature, I only trust 'organic' claims when there's proper certification, so this really stands out to me. The scent is subtle and natural, not artificial at all. It's gentle enough for sensitive skin and quickly soothes any irritation, making it great for hands, feet, and body use. The lather is rich and creamy, creating a pleasant sensory experience. Even when I'm tempted to try something else, especially during seasonal changes when my skin gets a bit sensitive, I find myself coming back to Cherry Seed. It's definitely become my go-to! It's pricier than your average supermarket soap. Also, the pink color initially made me suspicious about potentially harmful ingredients. I've found a great method that works wonders for me: I lather up generously on the inner arms or behind the knees when they feel itchy, leave it on for a bit, then rinse. It seems to calm and moisturize the skin. This has become my absolute favorite technique lately! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedSep 14, 2020
As someone with super sensitive skin, I'm always on the hunt for the gentlest products. Finding a cleansing soap that's both mild and effective has been quite a challenge! I've been a fan of Yurica for their brush cleaners and tattoo pens, so when I heard they released a USDA-certified soap gentle enough for babies, I was thrilled to try it. It exceeded my expectations! Not only does it cleanse thoroughly, but it's also incredibly soothing on my mask-irritated skin. I'm absolutely delighted! With so many friends developing blemishes due to mask-wearing lately, even those who didn't have sensitive skin before, I've been recommending this soap left and right. Being a soap, it does leave a slight tightness after use, which is a bit disappointing. However, since calming blemishes is my top priority, I find that if I'm diligent with my post-cleanse skincare routine, this soap is nearly flawless. The lather builds up beautifully with just a few rubs in your hands, so it's best to simply work up the foam with your fingers for the most comfortable experience! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedSep 1, 2020
As someone with sensitive skin, I've tried many natural soaps through group buys, but I couldn't really tell the difference. However, the Yurika soap, with its 99% donkey milk content, initially made me wonder what could be different. I must say, it's noticeably gentle and has a pleasant scent. Unlike the natural soaps sold through Instagram group buys that lack certifications, Yurika soap is apparently certified in the US. For a natural soap, it lathers well, doesn't irritate, and feels soft on the skin. I'm quite pleased with it. The scent is decent, but there's a slight artificial note to it. I'm particularly sensitive to smells, so others might not notice it as much. Using a foam net creates an even fluffier lather! - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 31, 2020
As my skin became increasingly dry and sensitive, I've been gradually switching to organic products for my skincare routine. I decided to try this product since it boasts 99% organic ingredients. Made solely with organic ingredients and free from any irritating components, it feels incredibly gentle and soothing on the skin from the first touch. I expected a cherry scent, but was pleasantly surprised by the refreshing grapefruit aroma. Since it's not artificially created, the natural fragrance from the ingredients becomes more appealing with each use. Organic soaps often have the drawback of softening quickly, but amazingly, this one maintains its firm shape without melting rapidly. The lather is as rich and creamy as a foam cleanser, making it perfect for a gentle massage while cleansing. It cleanses effectively without leaving my skin feeling tight or dry. It's versatile enough to use from head to toe, and it's even helping with my back blemishes. I'm hopeful that with consistent use, I'll see great results. The moisturizing effect leaves my skin feeling comfortable without any deep dryness, which is so soothing for my complexion. Since it's meant for both face and body use, it feels a bit small. It would be nice if they offered a larger size option. Using a foam net creates an even creamier lather that's great for managing excess oil. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 30, 2020
1. Organic Ingredients I used to just grab any soap at the supermarket, but given the current situation, I'm using soap more often and my skin has become super sensitive. So, I did some thorough research! This product caught my eye because it has many reliable certifications and uses organic ingredients. 2. Fragrance It has a pleasant berry scent! Personally, I'm put off by strong fragrances, but this one is just right - subtle and delightful. 3. Cleansing Effectiveness It doesn't leave my skin feeling too dry, but keeps it adequately hydrated! They say it can be used on the body too, so I'm planning to give that a try. There wasn't really anything bad! Maybe just wishing it came in a slightly larger size? - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 29, 2020
I bought this after hearing that using shampoo or body wash isn't good for the female intimate area. I was primarily drawn to its organic ingredients, which is fantastic. For a natural soap, it has a pleasant scent. It also lathers up nicely with a rich foam, making it great for cleansing. As someone with dry skin, I actually found this beneficial, but there is a slight oily feeling after use, probably due to its oil-based formula. It doesn't feel unpleasant, and I appreciate the moisturizing effect, but those with oily skin might not enjoy it as much. Using a foam net creates an abundance of lather! Perfect for summer use. These days when I only apply sunscreen, there's no need to use a cleansing foam. It's ideal for washing with soap. (Oh, and it's quite good for back acne too...) I don't usually use body wash because I have atopic skin, and those products often don't agree with me. While this doesn't have a particular scent, it's gentle, so I didn't experience any blemishes. That alone deserves 5 points... I expected a cherry scent since it's called Cherry Seed, but it was nearly unscented. Then I realized - what fragrance would seeds have anyway... - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 20, 2020
I was searching for an organic soap and came across this one that had even received a hard-to-get certification, so I decided to give it a try. The result? I'm absolutely thrilled! 1. Fragrance I adore the subtle scent of this product. It's not an overpowering soap, but when placed in the bathroom, it gently perfumes the space. When washing hands or cleansing the face, it releases a slightly rich, fruity aroma that feels luxurious. 2. Density and Hydration First off, the soap lather has a dense, creamy texture. Anyone who's tried it will agree! Rather than a slippery, lightweight feel, the foam has a high-density quality. Perhaps due to this creaminess, your skin feels moisturized after washing. Unlike harsh soaps that leave your skin feeling tight and dry after toweling off, there's none of that here. It's as if your skin is coated with a layer of hydration - that's the best way to describe it! Being a natural soap, it doesn't produce an abundance of lather. However, it seems to cleanse effectively, suggesting that cleansing power and foam production aren't necessarily related. The fragrance is so lovely that I've placed two bars in the bathroom. The subtle scent wafts through the air beautifully!
