This is my holy grail toner... It's truly amazing! The price-to-quantity ratio is excellent, making it a top choice. When applied, it gives a beautiful glow, and with consistent use, it even helps brighten the complexion. It's wonderfully hydrating too! Plus, I noticed it helped calm my blemishes!
The only slight drawback might be that it doesn't absorb well into cotton pads. Other than that, I can't think of any negatives.
This toner works great for the '7-skin method', so I apply it at least 3 times! For the first layer, I use a cotton pad to gently exfoliate and refine skin texture. After that, I pat it in with my hands to help it absorb better.
