    Pros
    I was curious about Tony Moly's skincare products since they're known more for their makeup, so I applied to be a Hwahae Tester! I had high expectations due to the good reviews and ratings, and after trying it, I understand why! It's a slightly runny toner that I thought might be too heavy for my combination-oily skin, but it's actually refreshing and light! It evens out my skin texture and provides a nice, firm base for the rest of my skincare routine. While I'm not sure about any special features, it definitely fulfills its role as a toner. For this price and quality, I think it's truly a great value product! Highly recommended!

    If I had to pick something, maybe the scent? It has a slightly artificial fresh fragrance, which isn't off-putting, but it's not exactly pleasant either. But honestly, that's the only minor issue!
