I bought this when it was on sale for just over $10, and I'm pleasantly surprised by how good it is! It has a completely watery texture, but somehow it feels slightly rich and leaves my skin so hydrated. I'm using it with absolute satisfaction! For me, there's really nothing to complain about with this toner. This seems like a product that's easy to use for everyone! I have severe acne, but when I soaked a cotton pad with this and used it as a mask, I could really feel my skin improving. It's great for oily skin as it doesn't feel heavy at all. I can't think of any particular downsides. Perhaps those with dry skin might need to use an additional moisturizer?

It's excellent as an absorption pack too. It gives a soothing and calming sensation to the skin. While it's not intensely hydrating since it's a toner, it prevents deep dryness and keeps the skin feeling good even the next day. You can really feel how mild and non-irritating it is. It's gentle and perfect for me year-round, whether it's winter or summer. I've been using it consistently. There are no downsides! I've genuinely been using this for three years now. Highly recommended!

It works best when paired with the Safe Me Relief Moisture Cream from the same line! Compared to other toners, it's more hydrating and absorbs well into cotton pads, making it great for toner masks and exfoliating. The generous volume means it lasts a long time, and you can use it worry-free for toner masks, exfoliating, decanting as a mist, and more. I've already finished two bottles and I'm on my third! There's not really anything to complain about, but when I'm in a rush in the morning, the cap sometimes disappears. It might be nice if it came with an attached flip-top lid instead. Pros: I'm on my second bottle and I don't use any other toner. That says it all! 1) Application: While it has a water-like consistency like regular toners, it's actually an essence toner, so it's not completely watery! It feels like a mix between a serum and a toner, making it easy to spread and absorb. 2) Absorption: This product works best when layered twice! Even when I apply makeup right after, it absorbs well into the skin. Just pat it in with your hands and it sinks in quickly! 3) Hydration: It's a holy grail for hydration... As an essence toner, it provides excellent moisture! Cons: The price...? But considering it's an essence toner with this amount, I think it's worth it! Also, if you apply too much, it can feel slightly sticky. Pro tip: Layer it on gradually in small amounts! Make sure to layer it! It absorbs well, leaving skin hydrated when applied right after cleansing. It's a reliable product that I've been using for multiple bottles. My husband and I share it. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it, which is why I continue to use it consistently. As someone with acne-prone skin, I was pleased that it didn't cause any tingling sensation or new blemishes It's not particularly effective for soothing the skin and is just average overall. If you're looking for specific results, I wouldn't recommend it...
