If I had to point out one drawback, it would definitely be the price. I'd recommend waiting for a group buy opportunity rather than purchasing it at full price.

If you leave it on for a short while before cleansing, you'll notice your reddened skin has calmed down a bit. It doesn't cause any blemishes either, which is great.

When I used it all over my face, it was too drying, so now I use my regular cleanser for my second cleanse and use this powder cleanser specifically for managing the blemishes on my chin. I'm satisfied with this approach.

For someone with super sensitive skin like me, there's more irritation than expected for daily use. After cleansing, my skin feels quite dry, so I tend to use it more after wearing full makeup for a long time rather than for daily light makeup removal. Many people have mentioned the packaging, which is a bit disappointing. Also, like other brands' enzyme cleansers, it doesn't lather well, but I expected that. Compared to the amount I pour into my hand, it doesn't foam up much, and about half of it seems to run off my hands - maybe I'm not using it correctly.

I bought this on sale because I had some blemishes around my chin area. While I can't be 100% certain it's due to this product, the blemishes on my chin have noticeably reduced.

There's talk about it spreading flat warts, but I'm not sure if that's true. It's a bit ambiguous.

After cleansing with this, my entire face breaks out in red spots and itches for 30 minutes. I don't think I can use the rest I've stocked up on. My husband even asks, 'What's wrong with your face?' when I use this alone. Switching back to other cleansers immediately resolves the problem. It's such a waste of money since I can't even give it away and have to throw it out.

The particles are too large. This is my second powder cleanser after Odear, but while the previous one had fine powder, this one has quite coarse granules.
You need to add quite a bit of water to create a lather, and the foam runs down easily.
Usually, my skin doesn't feel like a desert or tight after cleansing, but this made my skin so dry that it was itchy to the point of driving me crazy.
