When I apply just this ampoule before makeup, my foundation doesn't budge and stays put perfectly. This amazing product has helped me, a former ampoule nomad, finally settle down.
ConsSince it's a product with less oil content, those with dry skin might find it lacking in hydration. Still, it could work as a daily option in summer? For winter use, it might not provide enough moisture.
TipIf you have oily or combination skin, try using this with the Nine Wishes Hydra Ampule Cream! They're from the same line and work together like a dream!

Once fully absorbed, my skin feels soft and refined. Despite its rich texture, it doesn't feel heavy. Even with my super sensitive skin that reacts to exfoliating toners like an allergic reaction, this doesn't cause any tingling or irritation, even when my skin is in a sensitive state.
ConsWhile it hydrates and softens the skin, if you don't use something with a bit of oil, it can leave your skin feeling moisturized deep down but dry on the surface. It seems like you need to pair it with a product that has a slightly richer texture.

After cleansing, I smooth out my skin texture with toner, then apply about a coin-sized amount of this ampoule. Even with my extremely dry skin, I didn't experience severe deep dryness! This ampoule is absolutely packed with hydration, so I highly recommend it for those struggling with dehydrated skin.
ConsFor someone with extremely dry skin like me, products that balance hydration and richness well are usually best. This one felt a bit lacking in richness. However, if you prefer a lighter feel, this aspect might actually work in your favor!
TipI recommend mixing this ampoule with a bit of Vaseline or a richer cream after application. This helps supplement the richness while still allowing you to enjoy the full hydration benefits of the product.

Absorbs well: I've used about two bottles of the original Nine Wishes Hydra Ampule, and while the old version absorbed a bit slowly and left a slightly sticky finish, this new version has greatly improved on that. 2. Great hydration: True to the Hydra line, it provides ample hydration, making it perfect for seasonal transitions like we're experiencing now! 3. High-quality dropper: Usually, dropper-type cosmetics have short droppers, forcing you to shake out the last bits. This product, however, has a longer, slightly curved dropper that makes it much easier to apply directly to your face. 4. No blemishes: Despite recent mask-induced acne on my chin and cheeks, this product didn't cause any breakouts. Instead, it seemed to balance my skin's oil and moisture, making my skin feel healthier. 5. No pore-clogging ingredients: I appreciated the clean ingredient list without any pore-clogging components.
Cons1. Might not be moisturizing enough for dry skin: While I mentioned good hydration as a pro, it's not very rich in oils. So those with dry skin might find it lacking in moisture. I have normal to combination-oily skin and don't feel tightness even without using emulsion or cream, but I still feel a bit dry when finishing with just this product. 2. Small quantity: As I felt with the old version, the amount seems rather small. Unless it's on a buy-one-get-one-free sale, it feels a bit pricey at full price. (This is why I deducted one star)
TipIf you're struggling with mask-related skin issues, try gradually reducing your moisturizing products like creams and emulsions. I saw a big improvement after stopping cream! Since this product is a bit light, I layer a heavier essence over it in the evening. [I'm From Mugwort Essence - Nine Wishes Ampule - Aromatica Aloe Gel or Innisfree True Care Water Drop Essence] This routine has really helped improve my blemishes. In the evening, I use the Innisfree True Care Essence instead of the Aromatica Aloe Gel.
