Pros
I bought this after seeing an Instagram ad, and it turned out to be a great purchase. The Trouble Calming Mask is really amazing, so I ended up buying it again. I used to only use the Mediheal Tea Tree Pack, but now I use this one occasionally as well.
Cons
The size of the sheet mask is a bit awkward... The eye holes are not as open as other sheet masks, so the essence tends to get into my eyes, which is a bit stinging. Also, it would be better if the sides were a bit more spacious around the chin area. Plus, the amount of essence is a bit too much, so it would be nice if they reduced it a little.
Tip
I keep it in the refrigerator and use it. It's more effective for mild breakouts that are not too severe, rather than for really angry, inflamed breakouts.

Pros
Sensitive/acne-prone skin As someone who has struggled with adult acne, I've found that the calming mask has been the most effective for me. While the effects aren't dramatic, I can feel the small bumps and inflamed acne calming down when I wake up in the morning.
Cons
Outrageous price... There's too much essence in one sheet, so even if I apply it all over my body, there's still leftover. 😢
Tip
Since I have acne-prone skin, I gently wipe off the sheet mask with a toner afterwards.

Pros
This product is really great..? It's the most satisfactory mask pack I've tried! My skin was completely flipped recently, but after using this mask pack for two days, the redness is gradually subsiding!! The instructions say to leave it on for 10-20 minutes, but even after 30 minutes, it doesn't dry out and stays moisturized! Moreover, the sheet is thin and adheres well to the skin, so it doesn't fall off even if you leave it on for a long time haha It's the most satisfactory among the recent purchases I've made
Cons
If I had to pick a downside, it would be just the mask pack! The essence in the mask pack is a lot, and I wish I could make an ampoule with this essence!
Tip
Be sure to remove the mesh sheet attached to the sheet! I gave it to my mom as a gift, and she was still applying it with the mesh sheet attached ㅋㅋ

Pros
Since I've been wearing a mask, I've noticed a slight redness around my nose and cheeks, so I tried out several different face masks and found this one to be quite nice! I've been using it 2-3 times a week and the redness has improved a lot! First of all, the sheet mask is amazing!! The sheet is incredibly soft and adheres so well to the skin that it doesn't slip off even when I move around. And there's so much essence in it that the sheet doesn't dry out even when I leave it on for a long time. Most importantly, the redness around my nose and the slight flushing on my cheeks have significantly subsided, which I'm very satisfied with. Among the soothing face masks I've tried, this one feels the most hydrating and moisturizing, perhaps due to the generous amount of essence.
Cons
There are times when the essence drips out a lot when I take the mask off. But since I really like masks with a lot of essence, I don't find this to be too much of an inconvenience.
Tip
The mask has a mesh sheet attached to it, and I like to apply the soft cotton side to my face first, then remove the mesh sheet. (This feels a bit more hygienic since my hands touch the outer part less.) After removing the mask, I also apply the remaining essence to my cheeks to help maintain the moisturizing effect!
