The cream absorbs well, but it feels quite similar to the emulsion now. The scent was so overpowering that I bought a different product instead of using the new emulsion cream. I'm not sure if it was because of the fragrance, but my child developed small bumps around the eyes and on the bridge of the nose. It's a shame to waste it, so I've been using it on my hands and feet. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAtopy SkinNov 27, 2020
I've been consistently applying Ato&O2 to my baby. In winter, I layer the emulsion with cream for extra protection. I wish it had stronger hydration. Sometimes my baby's skin still gets red and irritated. For super sensitive skin, it's important to find a balance between moisturizing and avoiding irritation. Consider consulting with a dermatologist for personalized advice. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinOct 5, 2020
It's incredibly hydrating! It'll hold up even in the dead of winter. The texture is as rich as Neutrogena hand or foot cream, so when applying it alone, you'll need to massage it in well and pat to help it absorb. That said, it doesn't feel exactly like a hand or foot cream. Once it absorbs into your body, it feels refreshing. After application, you get a sense of a protective oil barrier forming. It worked well for my child. The feeling is similar to Illiyoon's Intensive Cream. Because it contains shea butter... As I'm sensitive to shea butter, I immediately broke out in blemishes. The shea butter is what creates that oil barrier feeling. The herbal scent is quite strong and hits you right in the nose. I wish they'd remove the fragrance. It's quite rich, so mixing it with an emulsion makes it easier to apply, helps it absorb better, and keeps skin hydrated! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinSep 10, 2020
After bathing my baby, I apply a little bit to dry areas and it improves quickly. It seems great for fall and winter use! At first, I might have applied too much without knowing better... My baby's face became red and bumpy. It wasn't eczema, but something seemed off. After not applying the emulsion and cream for a few days, it gradually improved. While it may vary depending on the baby's condition and skin type, it felt a bit heavy for my little one. Since then, I've stopped applying it all over the body and only use a small amount on particularly dry areas! - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJan 7, 2019
It works well for my child. After trying various products, we've finally settled on this one. I recommend it for children who find it suitable. However, thinking it would be gentle since it's for kids, I used it on my own skin and it completely broke out. I was shocked because usually my skin is fine with anything, but this caused a sudden reaction. Thankfully, medication helped, but since then I absolutely won't touch it again. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAtopy SkinDec 2, 2018
It absorbs well and feels gentle on the skin. I started using it on a friend's recommendation. Not only does it apply smoothly, but after using it a few times, I noticed my atopic dermatitis itching and redness began to subside. However, after using it for a while, I'm not sure if it's no longer suitable for me. The itching and redness started to return. My friend who recommended it said it quickly calms her child's skin when it gets bumpy, but it doesn't seem to work as well for my little one. It's disappointing. - Hwahae UserDry SkinNov 30, 2018
The hydration seems to be good. My baby has very dry skin, so I apply it frequently throughout the day. I've been using it for about two weeks because I heard it was good, but now my baby has been diagnosed with seborrheic dermatitis. When I apply just this cream, my baby cries inconsolably. It seems it doesn't suit my baby's skin. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinSensitive SkinNov 28, 2018
The cream has almost no scent and is delightfully rich in texture. I loved that there was no irritation when I first applied it. It didn't sting like Physiogel, and I felt it was incredibly hydrating. During summer, I didn't use any moisturizer, but when autumn came, my skin became so dry that I kept scratching, causing scratches on my hands and inner arms. That's why I deliberately bought this cream. I thought the price was quite steep, but I bought it thinking there must be a reason. However, when I apply it before bed, I end up scratching all night long. The more I use it, the worse it seems to get. The deep dryness isn't being resolved at all. It just doesn't work for my super sensitive skin. I'm not posting any skin photos because they're not pleasant to look at. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinSep 10, 2018
I ordered this because it has gentle ingredients and can be used on newborns, even before giving birth. I also appreciated that returns were accepted within 30 days. However, it seems my baby's skin didn't agree with it. She might be sensitive, as blemishes started appearing. At first, it felt incredibly hydrating, which was great. But after applying it two or three times, I noticed rashes on her legs and face. Thinking it might just be because she's a newborn and sensitive, I tried it on my own face. Initially, I was impressed by how moisturizing it felt and thought, 'I should use this for myself!' But when I woke up the next morning, even I had blemishes. While many others rave about it, it seems the ingredients don't suit my daughter and me. On the bright side, they were very kind about accepting the return and had excellent customer service. - Hwahae UserDry SkinMay 10, 2018
I loved how moisturizing this cream felt when applied after the Ato N O2 soothing gel. It left my skin feeling wonderfully hydrated. I bought this product because my baby had small bumps on their right cheek. The reviews were good, so I also purchased the Ato N O2 soothing gel. On Monday, I applied both products generously all over my baby's face. Initially, I was impressed by how hydrating it felt. However, by Tuesday, I noticed red blemishes on my baby's left cheek, which had been smooth before. I thought it might be unrelated to the product and continued applying it diligently. Wednesday morning was devastating. My baby's previously smooth left cheek and forehead were completely broken out. Even worse, blemishes appeared on the scalp. I was heartbroken. I switched back to our previous Ato*bi soothing gel, Earth*ma emulsion, and oil. By Thursday morning, my baby's skin had significantly improved. Despite the positive reviews, it seems these products just don't suit my baby's skin.
