  Pros

  Sensitive skin simply needs an emulsion that won't cause blemishes or irritation. This one is great because it moisturizes deeply and soothes the skin, which is more important than any fancy features.

  Cons

  There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. However, it might not fully address deep dryness on days when your skin is extremely sensitive or dehydrated.

  Tip

  You can layer it thinly multiple times, focusing on the cheeks for extra hydration.

  Pros

  As someone with combination dehydrated skin and an oily T-zone, I always come back to this emulsion when I get those pesky little bumps. I once fell for a Lancôme salesperson's pitch and bought their black bottle, which completely messed up my skin. I had to calm it down with Physiogel and Aestura. This one's the best though - no pilling under makeup. I'm not even looking at other products anymore!

  Cons

  It's a bit tricky to get hold of since it's a medical-grade product. Other than that, I just hope it doesn't get discontinued.

  Tip

  For areas with blemishes, I do a quick double layer. For everywhere else, one light swipe is enough.

  Pros

  I have combination and super sensitive skin, so most emulsions cause breakouts and irritation. Physiogel is truly the only one that doesn't clog my pores or cause blemishes, which is amazing. Its hydration level is average, but that's perfect for me since more moisturizing products tend to trigger my skin issues.

  Cons

  If I had to nitpick, compared to other more intensely hydrating emulsions, it's not as effective at soothing itchiness. However, this is offset by its gentle ingredients, which work well for my skin.

  Pros

  My skin tends to be very dry, often cracking and flaking, which is why I started using this product. Even though I have dry skin, I've never been a fan of applying lotions, so I haven't consistently used any body products to compare this to. However, after using it diligently for a few days, I definitely felt that the cracking was reduced and my skin became more hydrated.

  Cons

  I used it without any blemishes or issues. There weren't really any significant drawbacks.
