This one product effectively removes eye and lip makeup, making it super convenient for travel - you only need to pack this! Being oil-based, it doesn't leave your skin feeling overly dry after removing makeup. Towards the end of the bottle, it seems to dry out a bit compared to when first opened, which is disappointing. The regular price is a bit steep, so it's best to purchase during sales for better value. - tl********Dry SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 29, 2024
I hardly noticed any slippery feeling, to the point where I didn't even realize it was an oil. It just felt moisturizing. The pads are quite large, so one is sufficient for a thorough cleanse. I appreciate that refills are available, which seems eco-friendly, and it's affordable too! It doesn't remove mascara completely! You'll need a separate remover for mascara. - gp***Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedAug 14, 2023
It removes makeup really well. I have straight eyelashes, so I use heavy-duty mascara, but this oil pad takes it off easily. The pads seem to dry out quickly due to insufficient oil. That's a bit disappointing. - vi*******Dry SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedAug 6, 2023
I bought this to use as the first step in removing my makeup. It's definitely better at cleansing than wipes, which I really like. There's nothing to complain about. I plan to repurchase when I run out. After using wipes for so long, switching to this feels like a breath of fresh air for my skin! - go******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJul 28, 2023
It removes makeup better than expected. You can use it to remove everything except mascara. That's its only advantage. Causes eye irritation (be careful, it stings way more than you'd imagine). Leaves oily residue. Unlike regular cleansing oils, it doesn't emulsify and repels water. The texture is more like a regular face oil. It's like trying to clean a greasy dish with just a tiny bit of soap - the oil residue is so intense it kills all the foam from your cleansing foam. The leftover residue is a direct route to blemishes. I'm breaking out in places I never did before, especially along the hairline and edges of my face where residue is more likely to remain. It's truly awful. You'd be better off spending that money on snacks - at least they'd bring some joy to your life. - dj********Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 18, 2023
It's lightly oily, so it's gentle on the skin. I follow up with cleansing pads and then a cleansing foam. A double cleanse is a must! I wouldn't recommend using it alone as it feels too oily - yu*******Dry SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 14, 2023
1) It's so convenient! Cleansing can be such a chore these days, right? That's when these oil pads come in handy - you can just wipe your face while sitting down. Lately, there's been a surge in pad-type products, and their biggest selling point is undoubtedly the convenience. 2) It removes makeup effectively! Being a pad doesn't mean it can't do the job well. These pads are designed for a one-shot, one-kill approach - just one swipe and most of your makeup comes off. A few more swipes and you'll find no more makeup residue. 1) Still... you need to follow up with a second cleanse! While we use these because they're convenient, you still need to do a second cleanse as oil residue remains on the skin. Don't even think about going to bed without that second cleanse - it could spell trouble! - ys******Dry SkinAcne SkinDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedNov 10, 2022
I realized cleansing oil pads are surprisingly rare in stores - mostly just toner pads! These are great for easily removing makeup and cause almost no irritation. Due to the generous amount, they can feel a bit damp and might leave a slightly oily residue. - ka******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedSep 21, 2022
✳️ As someone with super sensitive skin, I'm writing this review after thoroughly testing the product for those with similar skin concerns. (T-zone: combination dehydrated skin / U-zone: dry) ✳️ I'm sharing this review after using up the entire container. Unfortunately, I've already discarded the packaging, so no photos... First off, I'm pleased that it didn't cause any blemishes, even for someone with extremely sensitive skin like me. I also appreciated the generous size of the pads. The pads felt a bit dry? They seemed less hydrating than expected, which made me feel like there was more friction on my skin. For those with highly sensitive skin, I'd recommend using this product occasionally. - jt***********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 25, 2022
The best thing is how convenient it is. You can quickly do a first cleanse all over your face using the pads. It contains oil, so it's great at cleansing too. I like to leave it on my nose area for a few seconds to tackle blackheads. It seems effective at removing sebum as well. The tweezers make it hygienic to use! It's a bit pricey, but if you stock up during sales, you get 60 pads per container which lasts quite a while. After wiping with the pad, if you wet your face, it doesn't emulsify - water beads up instead. It seems appropriate to follow up with a second cleanse.
