I'm satisfied using Sidmool's product as it's a lip product safe enough to ingest during pregnancy.
ConsYou need to apply a few layers for intense color, but this also means you can achieve a natural look, which I think is even better.

Even better than most vegan lip products and famous brand lipsticks, based on my long-term experience with my skin. What's great is that among lip products with such good ingredients, the actual color is vibrant and bright. I was looking for a high-value cherry red shade. In the first photo, you can see how bright and vivid the color in the tube is, right? The second photo shows swatches on the back of my hand. The top swatch is right after application, and the bottom is after blending it out. See how sheer it becomes? The third photo shows the staining effect after about 10 seconds of wear - I quickly applied it and rubbed it off for the photo. So it does leave a light stain. It's really nice to use because the formula is truly gentle while still providing a slight staining effect.
ConsKeep in mind that the actual color on your lips will be lighter than what you see in the tube. It can be built up with multiple layers, but it will never be as intense as regular lipsticks or tints. Just something to consider. Honestly, I bought this tint mainly for its ingredients and because I liked the color family (it's not easy to find natural lip products in shades I like). And I chose it because it doesn't stain too intensely, but still provides some tinting effect. There's nothing I dislike about it, and it's my most cherished color cosmetic product. You can even use it as a blusher.
TipI like to apply this first by patting it on, then finish with Burt's Bees Tinted Lip Balm, which also has great ingredients. I use the Hibiscus shade, and when I use these two together, I get the perfect lip color. (When my lips are really inflamed around the edges, even Burt's Bees can be irritating, so I either apply this product only to the inner part of my lips or skip lip products altogether.)
