If you've done a thorough first cleanse, it's also good as a second cleanser. The foam is quite rich compared to other bubble cleansers. I use this bubble cleanser as my second cleanse. Naturally, for the first cleanse, I prefer an oil cleanser to effectively remove makeup.

Scent: It's absolutely delightful! I think it's the best among bubble cleansers. It has a spa or esthetic salon-like fragrance, so I take my time rolling and massaging it before rinsing off.

1. The cleansing effectiveness is somewhat lacking. Even after pumping 4 times for ample product and thorough cleansing, sunscreen remained in my pores. Sunscreen requires double cleansing. I was using Anessa sunscreen. 2. The slippery feeling makes it hard to tell if it's leftover cleansing oil or due to the low pH, so I always end up double cleansing even when using oil.

I noticed this new mildly acidic product and bought it during the September sale. 1. The gentle ingredients make it very soothing and comfortable to use, even on skin with blemishes. 2. Its foam formula is convenient when you're in a hurry, as you don't need to lather it separately. 3. True to its low pH, it leaves a slight slip after cleansing without causing any tightness on the face.
