I tried purchasing Hwahae as there were many reviews about it. It seems decent, but since my skills are lacking, I still can't seem to utilize it well.
Cons

The colors are well pigmented. I liked that there were various colors that I could use well.
Cons
Even though it's supposed to be for cool-toned skin, it had too much of a yellow undertone 😢. When I applied it to my face, it gave more of a dull, yellowish crayon-like effect rather than a shadowy one. The powder had way too much fallout.

It's just so-so! But if I were to buy it at this price, I'd personally go for Peripera... The contouring on the chin looked natural, but when I did nose contouring, it looked a bit artificial 😢 I think it's because the yellow undertone is stronger than expected! Just a plain, so-so item
