The water-like formulation is better applied as a mist rather than as a thick, absorbing pack. As someone with combination, trouble-prone, and sensitive skin, I find that it does not cause any breakouts, and my skin feels soothed after application.
Cons
The only downside is the packaging. I find this type of toner inconvenient, so I usually transfer it to a separate mist bottle to use.

I'm still using the 500ml one... it's too much, so I'm writing a review on the 200ml version on Hwahae since the 500ml is discontinued. I'm of the opinion that as long as a toner doesn't cause breakouts on my face, that's good enough for me... as long as it's gentle, that's all that matters. In that regard, the Abib toner is definitely good. It doesn't have any amazing effects, but it performs the toner function well without causing any trouble on my face. I also like the refreshing scent.
Cons
The functional toner may be too light for those who want it.
