The toner has a viscous texture, and when used as a toner pack, it doesn't dry out quickly and the cooling sensation lasts for a long time, which I liked.

The formula was like a runny nose, but it was more moisturizing than expected, and the application on the skin was smooth and comfortable to use. As someone with oily skin, I usually use basic skincare products on their own, but sometimes the first step products can be quite sticky. This one, however, had a smooth finish and, most importantly, left my skin feeling comfortable.
Cons
Using it with a cotton pad was a bit inconvenient due to its viscosity. It's not exactly a downside, but since I have oily skin, the viscosity made it feel a bit heavy compared to a regular toner, so I'd rather use a sheet mask or something similar instead of applying it multiple times.
