It seems to be quite mild. My cousin's baby has been left with us often lately due to some circumstances, and I bought this for my sibling, and it seems they really like it - they keep coming to apply it on their own, haha.

Our baby has a lot of heat, so even in December and January, in the middle of winter, he gets heat rashes... Especially on his neck and forehead, they keep getting red and swollen, but if I apply it 3-4 times a day, it subsides quickly.
Cons
Personally, I don't think there are any downsides. The soothing gel is doing its job sufficiently.
