I really think I made a great purchase from Coupang based on the reviews. These days, I've been suffering from dry skin, and taking a shower leaves my body itchy. Applying moisturizer and letting it absorb has also become tedious. But with this product, I don't even need to use moisturizer. It's February now, and I haven't used any moisturizer (although I might need to if I use water that's too hot). It's also very firm and doesn't get soggy easily. When I shower with this, a subtle herbal scent spreads throughout the bathroom, and it's not just temporary - the refreshing fragrance lingers even the next day, just like I had just showered. The reviews raved about the amazing scent, and while I didn't think much of it when I just sniffed the product or left it in the bathroom, the scent really comes alive when it interacts with water. After showering, the entire bathroom is filled with this vibrant aroma. I usually dislike strong scents that give me a headache, but this isn't a floral or fruity smell - it's a clean, refreshing herbal scent that actually clears my mind. I love it so much. Someone gave it to me as a gift, and I tried it for the first time. The fragrance and moisturizing properties are great, so I looked it up and found that it's already a popular product. Haha. Pros
I've been using it for about 4 years. I use it for hand and foot cleansing, as a body wash, and recently even as a shampoo substitute. It has a nice fragrance, and unlike other soaps, it doesn't leave my skin feeling too tight, so I'm satisfied with using it.
Cons
Being a soap, it does leave a slightly squeaky feeling after use on the body or hair. You'll definitely need to use a conditioner or body lotion afterwards.
Tip
I use it more as a body wash than for hands and feet. The slightly squeaky finish can be resolved by applying a body lotion, and using this soap has greatly improved any body acne or skin issues I had, which are now almost non-existent.

There's a reason why this product is so popular. The fragrance is incredibly lovely and has outstanding sillage, filling the entire bathroom with its delightful scent. It lathers up richly and gently, yet doesn't leave my skin feeling dry or tight after use. It's also long-lasting, so I can use it for a long time. Of all the soaps I've tried, this is the one I'm most satisfied with, and I plan to continue using it.

When I'm using this soap, the scent can be detected even when I'm near the bathroom. ✔️Moisturizing: This is an incredibly moisturizing soap. Normally, when using soap like a body wash, there's a squeaky-clean feeling, but this soap is incredibly soft and gentle. I have very dry skin, especially on my face, but after using this soap for facial cleansing, I was amazed that my skin didn't feel tight or dry. I usually feel that way even when using foam cleansers.

I use this as a body wash substitute when showering. There is definitely a difference in skin dryness before and after using the Biotique (basil) product. The moisturizing effect is so effective that I don't even need to apply oil after showering.
Cons
There are some bad ingredients in this product on Hwahae. Since it's a parallel import, the price is high. If you have a chance to go to India, you can definitely buy it cheaper at the duty-free shops there. I recommend bulk purchasing if you're going to India.

Hello! The most famous basil and parsley soap from Biotique! It's a soap that I've been using for a very long time, and my dad always brings back a bunch of them whenever he goes on a business trip to India. ㅋㅎㅋㅎ First of all, this soap contains holy basil leaves that are good for skin improvement, coconut oil to moisturize the skin, sugarcane fermentation extract, and castor oil for dry skin. They say it's also good for improving body acne, but I'll have to experiment with that later! I've been using this soap for cleansing without any cleansing foam for the past 3 months, and even though I tend to have quite dry skin, there was hardly any tightness after washing and my skin felt moisturized. I haven't had any breakouts while using this soap, and my skin felt smooth after cleansing. I don't usually wear a lot of makeup these days due to online classes, so I haven't really tested how well it removes makeup. Sorry about that ᅲ But it's not at all sticky or dry, and it feels quite moisturizing, so I'm satisfied. I've even tried using it to wash my body ㅋㅋㅋ and it works pretty well. The scent is also really nice and refreshing, I'd say. I'm planning to continue using this soap! I'm really satisfied with it and the amount is sufficient, the scent is good, and it's the best soap I've tried so far.
