The ingredients are decent, making it relatively gentle, but the cleansing effectiveness is average. It's quite strong, so if you don't use conditioner, your hair can get tangled when drying. - au*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 28, 2020
Here's my review after using it for 2 months. The packaging seems to have changed, but I bought it earlier so mine has a white container. Just keep that in mind as you read this review - it's the same product! The ingredients really agreed with my skin. The scent is a subtle floral fragrance - I forget the exact name, but it's something like plum blossom? Anyway, it leaves me feeling refreshed after a shower. I'm almost out and I'm definitely considering repurchasing, though I'll wait until I've completely finished this one. The lather doesn't build up easily, so I had to use quite a bit of product each time. That's really the only downside. To get a better lather, squeeze some onto your head, rub it in a bit, then wet your hands slightly and continue massaging. This helps create a much richer foam. - cj*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresFeb 28, 2019
I've been using Sandawha's makeup products with great results, but their shampoo is just so-so. On the bright side, it hasn't caused any scalp blemishes or adverse reactions, so I've diligently used up the entire bottle I purchased. Given its natural concept, it seems unavoidable that my hair feels a bit stiff after use. The scent isn't headache-inducing, but it's not particularly appealing either. When it comes to shampoo, I find Aromatica's formula to be gentler and more pleasant to use compared to this one. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityMar 2, 2018
As someone with atopic dermatitis, I've seen a remarkable improvement since I started using this product as my shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It's incredibly gentle, which I believe is the reason for my recovery. While the fragrance is milder compared to typical wash products, this suggests it's a conscientious product with fewer chemical ingredients and artificial scents. Unlike regular shampoos that leave your hair feeling decent on their own, this one tends to make your hair feel a bit stiff after washing. You definitely need to follow up with conditioner. - sh****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinMar 1, 2018
It lathers well and doesn't cause any irritation. There's hardly any lingering scent, and it leaves your hair feeling clean. Due to its high-quality ingredients, it's not exactly cheap for the amount you get. Since it doesn't contain silicones, your hair might tangle while washing, so it's best to brush it well before shampooing. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinFeb 3, 2017
I bought this to use with my child, and it seems great for everyday use since it's free of harmful ingredients, has a subtle scent, and produces just the right amount of lather. It didn't really help soothe my scalp when I had dead skin cells, and compared to organic shampoos, it made my dyed hair a bit stiff - though not as much. Still, I can't skip using conditioner. I'm not sure if it's giving my hair more strength, but it definitely doesn't leave it soft. If you focus on applying it to the scalp and only lightly massage it through the rest of your hair before rinsing, it seems to reduce the stiffness. However, for color-treated hair, you'll definitely need to use conditioner. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinDec 15, 2016
I love how gentle the ingredients are. Even if the kids playfully smear it on their bodies while bathing, I feel at ease. After having my second child, I developed a lot of dandruff, but this doesn't seem to alleviate it. I guess even though the ingredients are gentle, it's not a functional product, so there's not much that can be done. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinNov 14, 2016
I loved the pleasant scent and felt reassured by the safe ingredients. It doesn't lather well, so I'm not sure if it's cleaning thoroughly. After washing, there's less of that squeaky-clean feeling. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinJun 28, 2016
My hair was falling out a lot, so I tried some hair loss products from TV shopping, but they caused bumps on my scalp and neck. I started using this after looking for something without harsh chemicals. At first, my hair felt stiff, and I thought I'd made a mistake. But gradually, I noticed less hair falling out and even some new growth appearing. I'm very satisfied with the results. If I switch to other products now, I start getting those bumps again. The initial stiffness of the hair when you first start using it. It takes some time for your hair to soften up, and until then, you might miss your old products. This natural hair care solution works hard to combat hair loss and promote new growth, though it may require some patience as your hair adjusts to the formula. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSep 15, 2015
I've been using this trustworthy product since pregnancy due to its lack of synthetic surfactants. With consistent use, I can feel my scalp becoming stronger. While it works better now that I use it with conditioner, when I used the shampoo alone, my hair felt like a broom. You'll need to brush and dry your hair immediately after washing. The formula tends to separate, so make sure to mix it well before use.
