* I have dry, itchy skin. * This is a review after using it for about a month. 1. It moisturizes well. In winter, light creams aren't enough for my skin, but with this, I can definitely tell it moisturizes well because my skin stopped cracking and itching. 2. Fragrance I like that it's unscented. As someone who wears perfume, I prefer unscented body emulsions. (I worry about scents mixing) 3. Price I bought it for less than $10 during an Olive Young sale. 4. Texture Among products that moisturize well, I liked that this one isn't too thick.

The fragrance is really nice. It's personally my favorite fragrance. It could be used as a perfume substitute. The fragrance lasts a long time and it's just so good. It seems like the fragrance has a clear divide in terms of likes and dislikes. But I'm an extreme extreme extreme fan. It's not sticky, which is good. The moisturizing seems about average compared to other lotions. Personally, if it wasn't for the fragrance, I wouldn't have bought this lotion. 🙃

As expected, when I think of Neutrogena, I think of moisture, so I tried it out and it was indeed as expected. The moisturizing power was good, and the final finish wasn't sticky at all, so it was really nice. I had the mindset of just trying it out, but I'm already using my second one haha. The scent is also good!
Cons
I didn't have any disappointments while using it!!!!
