  Pros

  Doesn't drip like a runny toner (great for those who hate that). While it might seem slow to absorb at first, it actually sinks in quite well (on the faster side). Despite its many moisturizing ingredients, it feels surprisingly light. No stickiness or greasiness. The pump design allows for excellent control of the amount. Has a pleasant scent (though it might be divisive). The water-gel texture seems to contribute to its smooth application.

  Cons

  The ingredients list is a bit questionable. Some people might find the scent off-putting. The packaging design leaves something to be desired.

  Tip

  Avoid using this toner right after shaving as it can be extremely painful. Opt for a different toner in that case.

  At first, I wasn't used to it not being a watery toner, but as I kept using it, I realized it's great because there's no waste from it running off!

  Cons

  The scent of this toner is exactly like an old man's cologne. Other than that, I didn't have any particular issues with it.
