  Pros

  The Leaders face mask is a trusted favorite! Among them, the Mediu Amino series boasts incredible value for money. I've stocked up on all varieties except tea tree and propolis, and I'm doing my daily mask routine with them! For me, Leaders face masks are like my daily bread, while expensive creams or masks are like special treats I use only when I'm not feeling my best or before important days. I highly recommend this to those who are a bit older like me, or even younger people with dry skin. It deeply hydrates the skin, making your makeup application smooth the next day! Despite the slightly thicker sheet, the essence amount is enormous, allowing it to adhere perfectly to the skin. There's so much essence that after applying the mask, I fold the packet in half, squeeze out the remaining product, and apply it to my face again, as well as my neck and limbs. Since I prefer a light skincare routine before makeup, I keep the used packet and use it again the next morning. It's truly the ultimate in value for money. Also, I absolutely hate face masks that drip everywhere, soaking clothes and pillows, but this one doesn't drip even if you go to sleep right after applying it, which I love.

  Cons

  This isn't really a drawback, but more of a product feature. This particular product in the Mediu Amino series focuses more on lifting, so in addition to the common ingredients in the Mediu Amino series, it also contains retinol derivatives for wrinkle improvement. Reading other reviews, some people occasionally experienced a tingling sensation, which might be due to the retinol. I'm not particularly sensitive, so I didn't notice much difference compared to other Mediu Amino series products. Also, it's not available in Olive Young, which has the most stores, so product accessibility is a bit limited.

  Tip

  While the retinol derivative is an expensive ingredient, there's probably only a tiny amount in it. Still, pregnant women should be cautious, and make sure to apply sunscreen well the day after using this product. Unless you need it urgently, definitely buy it from social commerce sites. You can get this gem for the friendly price of 600 won! Lastly, because there's so much essence, absolutely don't throw away the packet after putting the mask on your face.

  Pros

  1. Like other masks, it provides excellent hydration immediately after use. As someone with dry skin, I found the moisturizing effect lasted until the next day, eliminating the need for additional skincare routines after masking. (I used this during autumn when my skin tends to be drier.) 2. While it may vary from person to person, I personally found the scent to be pleasant and not off-putting. The fragrance isn't overpowering or irritating to the nose, making it comfortable to wear throughout the application time.

  Cons

  1. There's a slight tingling sensation. The fact that it tingles even on non-sensitive skin suggests there might be an issue, especially since I rarely experience this with other products. Personally, I don't repurchase products that cause this sensation, so I won't be buying this again.

  Tip

  My routine for all mask products is as follows: After cleansing, I apply my regular toner and let it partially absorb (not completely). Then I apply the mask. This allows both the toner and mask essence to absorb together.
