I actually put a lot of thought into this product before making it my "own money, own purchase"! The main concern was the surprising number of reviews mentioning a < tingling sensation >. Since I've dealt with atopic skin in the past, I'm particularly sensitive to irritation..! Given the nature of patches, it's difficult to try them out in-store. So instead, I tested a serum from the same line and, after confirming it caused no issues, went ahead with the purchase! The best part? It's colorless, odorless, and non-irritating ^^ My skin experienced almost no tingling, and unlike other gel patch products, it doesn't drip or slide off - which I absolutely love. I'm generous with the patches, using 4-5 at a time. I apply them not just around my eyes, but all over my face. Thanks to the plump, jelly-like texture of the patches, I can really feel how quickly they absorb! The downside is that the product itself isn't very rich in essence. I wish they'd add just a bit more essence to it. As for vitamin products, I prefer using them at night rather than during the day. And I avoid using them alongside retinol products.

Depending on the material, I've occasionally used them elsewhere despite being labeled for eye use. However, these adhere comfortably to the skin without any irritation and stay put nicely. I also appreciate that they're not too small in size. While wearing the mask, the essence doesn't dry out quickly, nor does it drip down your face. The patch seems to hold just the right amount of essence, giving a wonderfully hydrating impression. I use these for brightening around my eyes and for extra hydration on my smile lines and around my mouth. Even after removing the patches, my skin feels moisturized, and the hydration and active ingredients seem to have a noticeable brightening effect. This is definitely a product I'll keep an eye out for during sales or buy-one-get-one-free promotions to repurchase. They might want to consider upgrading the packaging for better hygiene management. Given how hydrating the formula is, you could easily use these patches on areas other than just around the eyes wherever you need extra moisture.
