When I apply this before my emulsion, it seems to absorb even better. It would be great to buy this when it's on sale. (I received this as a Hwahae Tester)
ConsThe pump dispenser can be inconvenient without cotton pads. I pump it directly onto my face and quickly pat it in before it drips

It's not completely unscented, but it's very close to being fragrance-free! Even those sensitive to fragrances should be able to use this product without any issues. Ingredients: The main reason I wanted to try this product was its clean ingredients. You can consider it a product composed mostly of plant extracts with almost no chemical substances! I have extremely sensitive skin that tends to break out and feel a burning sensation when using products with even slightly more chemicals, but I didn't experience any of these issues while using this product, which was great. Hydration / Absorption: As expected from a product made with plant extracts, it's very hydrating! While many hydrating toners don't absorb well, this product absorbs incredibly quickly! I tend to have deep dryness in winter, and I dislike products that are too rich. This product appealed to me because it provides hydration without feeling greasy.
ConsPrice: The downside is the price compared to the volume. Although it's a product with clean ingredients made from plant extracts, the price still feels a bit burdensome. Packaging: Another disappointing aspect was the product container. Since it's a watery toner rather than a viscous one, it often drips when squeezed. If they could improve this aspect a little, it would be an even better product.
TipDue to the packaging issues that cause the toner to spill, rather than squeezing it onto your hands to apply, it might be better to squeeze it directly onto your face. This way, a lot more of the product will be absorbed into your skin!

It calms blemishes while providing just the right amount of hydration. It feels like it adequately replenishes moisture before applying a more nourishing cream (emulsion). It perfectly fits my skincare rule of 'toner for hydration, cream (emulsion) for moisture'. ✅ Nearly fragrance-free Most skincare products have a subtle scent, which I used to think created a comfortable mood. But after using this nearly fragrance-free product, I find it much more comfortable. Now scented products feel unfamiliar? I'll leave relaxation to fragrant teas and candles, not cosmetics. ✅ Great as an exfoliating toner Because it's non-irritating, when used as an exfoliating toner, it gently removes dirt and sebum. It feels clean. After removing nose sebum with Vaseline, wiping with this toner on a cotton pad removes just the Vaseline without being too harsh, leaving the skin adequately moisturized.
Cons❕ The pump is nice, but I prefer to dispense it into my hands, so it can be a bit runny? ❕ That's about it.
Tip💛 After dissolving nose sebum with Vaseline, wipe with this toner on a cotton pad 💛 First, wipe your face once with the toner-soaked cotton pad, then use the other side to pat it in - pump again and apply with hands. Three times seems to be just right 💛 Seems suitable to use as a mist as well

Let me break down the advantages I've noticed after using it for two weeks: 1. Stays true to basics Unlike serums, it's unrealistic to expect specific functions from a toner. A toner's job is to prep the skin with hydration for better absorption of subsequent products. In this regard, I prefer toners that stick to their core purpose. This one excels at its primary function - it provides just the right amount of hydration, making my skin feel comfortable even with just the toner alone. 2. Gentle formulation I'm really impressed by the simplicity of the ingredients list! I'm not a fan of products with a jumble of components, so I appreciate how clean this formula is. It's worth noting that due to the absence of chemical preservatives, the shelf life is shorter. While it needs to be used within 6 months, this actually increased my trust in the product. 3. Fresh finish With multiple layers of skincare to follow, I prefer toners that leave a fresh feel. Applying this toner with my hands leaves my skin feeling moisturized yet matte on the surface, which I absolutely love.
Cons1. Inconvenient packaging The product has a watery consistency, so when I try to pour some onto my hand, a lot of it tends to drip and go to waste. I think a mist bottle would have been a better packaging choice.
TipAs someone with oily skin, I found this toner alone to be sufficiently hydrating. Applying it about three times (using the '3-skin method') worked well for me. In fact, with the current high levels of air pollution, I've found it beneficial to keep my routine light with just this toner. (I've heard that when your skin feels sticky rather than smooth, it tends to attract more fine dust particles) Note: The photos show my skin before using the product and after two weeks of use. Don't be alarmed by the acne - I had it before starting this product. It didn't cause any breakouts!

For reference, I have combination dehydrated skin with severe redness, leaning towards dry. 1. Product Features - It's a colorless, fragrance-free water toner. The packaging is sleek with a pump dispenser similar to shampoo bottles. The ingredients seem gentle and suitable for everyday use. 2. Application - This toner is packed with pure hydration without any stickiness. It could work well as an exfoliating toner, but as my skin became sensitive with winter, I stopped using cotton pads and started applying it with my hands. Being a water toner, it tends to run, so I quickly pat it in with my hands to ensure even application. 3. Absorption and Hydration The water-like consistency allows for quick absorption into the skin. I apply it twice - first with three pumps, then with two. It feels like it deeply hydrates from within, which I love. However, since it's hydration-focused, you'll need to follow up with an emulsion that has a suitable amount of oil for balance. 4. Additional Notes - This product has significantly improved my skin's condition. The best part is the reduction in redness. While stopping cotton pad use might have contributed, (previously, using other toners without cotton pads led to dead skin cells build-up) my skin isn't typically easy to please or non-reactive. So, I'm certain this product is genuinely gentle and performs beyond the basics. I've switched to this from Dr. J*rt's toner and plan to continue using it! If you're dealing with sensitive skin and everything seems to cause blemishes, I strongly recommend giving this a try!
Cons- There's not much to criticize, but if I had to pick something, given it's a water toner, a traditional pour spout might be more suitable than the pump dispenser.

My skin is combination dehydrated, leaning towards oily in summer but generally between dry and oily. It's super sensitive skin that easily gets irritated if I don't maintain the right oil and moisture balance. What I loved most about this product is how gently it hydrates even my sensitive skin. For those with combination skin like mine - it's perfect for light morning use in winter, and both morning and night in spring and fall. Given the current season, I apply it generously, and even when I layer a light emulsion on top, it maintains decent hydration. I prefer toners that don't cause adverse reactions, play well with other products, and provide lasting hydration rather than intense soothing effects. This one fits the bill nicely. However, if you're expecting significant calming effects or unique benefits, you might want to consider that. If I continue using it without any skin irritation, I'll definitely consider repurchasing!
ConsWhile I don't have many complaints, the lid of the container seems a bit flimsy. It opened too easily when I first unsealed it, causing some product to spill out...

After using it, I noticed a significant reduction in my skin texture and blemishes! ✓ A lightweight toner that's perfect for everyday use As someone with oily skin, I tend to avoid heavy products that feel suffocating. This product is genuinely lightweight - when you apply it, it feels as if you're just putting water on your skin, which I love.
ConsPersonally, I didn't find any major drawbacks, but if I had to nitpick, there are two minor points: ✗ Not recommended for extremely dry skin As mentioned earlier, this is a very lightweight product. If you have extremely dry skin, you might still feel that post-cleansing tightness even after applying this toner. ✗ Slight inconvenience with the packaging At first, because it's a pump bottle, I ended up spilling more product than I applied to my face when trying to apply it directly. However, this is something you can get used to with practice, so it's not a major concern.
TipThis product is truly optimized for the 7-skin method! If you purchase this product, I highly recommend trying it with the layering technique.

It has a pump dispenser🚿 ☞ The pump bottle design is great for reducing waste when applying with cotton pads or doing a toner mask. 2. Quick soothing effect🌱 ☞ As someone with super sensitive skin prone to redness year-round, I found it quickly calms my skin when used as a toner mask with cotton pads or sheet masks. 3. Hydrating💦 ☞ Despite its watery consistency, which made me think it would only be good for wiping or soothing, it surprisingly left my skin feeling somewhat hydrated after use. 4. Fragrance-free🌟 ☞ As someone sensitive to strong scents, I was amazed that this product is truly fragrance-free. Highly recommended for those with fragrance sensitivities like me.
Cons1. Lacks moisturizing effect ☞ While it provides hydration due to its very fluid texture, it doesn't offer much in terms of moisturization. There's some residual hydration after use, but not enough to skip additional moisturizer. 2. Check ingredients carefully ☞ One of the ingredients didn't agree with my skin, causing a few blemishes to appear (not during my period, likely due to a new ingredient I hadn't used before). They subsided quickly, but those prone to skin reactions should carefully review the ingredient list before use. 3. Slightly inconvenient to use ☞ I was surprised when I first pumped it onto the back of my hand and it immediately ran off. While the pump is fine for use with cotton pads or sheet masks, it can be quite inconvenient if you're trying to apply it directly with your hands.
TipUsing it as a toner mask with sheet masks or cotton pads provides quick and effective soothing results.

I have sensitive combination skin prone to small blemishes and frequent breakouts. That's why I'm extremely careful when choosing skincare products. Especially for toners, I prefer gentle, slightly acidic exfoliating toners. I sometimes use it as a mist too. My skin is dry and sensitive, feeling very tight with just toner. I have many small blemishes in the T-zone and chin area, so I'm generally quite concerned about my skin. I have dehydrated skin, but as you'll notice when you try the Tonymoly Moisture Biome line, it's incredibly gentle. The ingredients are naturally derived, so you can use it without irritation! That's what I consider its best feature! Gentle ingredients / No fragrance or irritation, truly feels like water - even sensitive skin won't break out! It has no stickiness and really feels like it's supplying moisture! The texture is so watery it just flows down immediately! As someone who only uses non-irritating toners, this is the best product!!!
ConsThe pump dispenser is a bit disappointing... It would have been more convenient if it was a mist type or even without a pump. Also, in my case, I sometimes apply it directly after exfoliating toner if I feel it's not enough, but the texture is so watery that it immediately drips down, making it a bit difficult to apply. I don't recommend applying it directly with hands for immediate absorption!
TipApplying and absorbing with hands is a bit challenging (due to the texture). So I ended up using it mainly as an exfoliating toner! It's really great as an exfoliating toner!! Truly amazing!! Even babies could use it. It's also good for occasional use as a pack with thin cotton pads! It's so gentle that even those with sensitive skin can use it without worry! I didn't experience any breakouts after using it! However, this alone isn't enough to lock in moisture for dehydrated skin, so you definitely need to apply a separate moisturizing cream to prevent tightness! As a daily toner for everyday use, I highly recommend it without any reservations!

Well, it's not terrible, but it's not great either. The hydration is... refreshing for summer, but it's not enough for winter or dry skin. When I first reviewed it, I mentioned the moisturizing wasn't that impressive, and trying it again, it's definitely lacking. Quite a bit, actually... Still, it might work well for oily skin types or dry skin in summer. Or it could be perfect to carry around in a mist bottle for on-the-go use.
ConsIt seems unscented, but occasionally there's this sharp smell that comes through. What could it be? The drawback I noticed before and still do is the packaging. At first glance, the pump seems convenient, but when you use it, the product comes out uncontrollably. If you apply less pressure, nothing comes out, but if you press properly, it gushes out. Moreover, since it's a runny formula, it often drips and spills on the floor.
