I'm not sure about the effectiveness, but I'm using it as a preventative measure... It feels more than just an eye cream, but the fragrance is very much like my mom's cosmetics ㅎㅎ... That was a bit disappointing. However, the product is good, so I would consider repurchasing.

The eye cream was rich and creamy, yet maintained a good balance of moisture. It did not cause any milia. The texture was dense but spreadable, and it absorbed well. Even though I have dry skin, I didn't feel any heaviness or greasiness after application.

The fragrance is not to my liking, but since I only apply it to the area around my eyes, I don't really mind it much.
