ConsI used this and my head swelled up red. :( I bought it from a TV home shopping channel. :( My whole family says it's itchy and they don't use it. :( I want a refund, no, I want compensation at this point. :( Choosing shampoo is so difficult. :( And the treatment they gave me has a bad fragrance, it's stiff, and I'm really curious what function it's supposed to have.

It's not a cheap(?) fragrance. ㅎ I ordered it on a home shopping channel, but the more I use it, the more I like it. There are various shampoos in the gift set I received for the holidays, and some of them cause scalp troubles when I use them occasionally. ㅠ But this product doesn't cause any troubles, and the perm styling works as advertised in the commercials~^^ A small amount creates rich lather.
ConsEverything else is good...but the price seems a bit too high. It would be great if it were a little cheaper ㅋ Even so, I'll probably buy it again. ㅎㅎ
