Why does it have a bad rating? The smell! No darkening! Bright! The reason I usually apply makeup thinly is that I don't like sticky and heavy products. I also don't like thick and matte cushions that are dry. Although they look dewy, they are sticky, so I also don't like using powder foundation on top.
