  The ingredients are great, and it's packed with a generous amount of essence. I love how quickly it calms my skin.

  The sheet mask doesn't adhere well, which is disappointing. It keeps sliding down, making it quite inconvenient to use. Also, the price has increased significantly. That's unfortunate.

  Tip

  You need to lie down after applying the mask. If you sit or stand, it slides down. Perhaps they designed it this way to force us to rest while masking?

  The sheet itself is so soft that it doesn't cause any irritation at all. It seems to have an excellent soothing effect when used on blemishes or when your skin isn't in the best condition

  Cons

  There aren't really any drawbacks, except maybe that the sheet is extremely thin, so it feels like it might slip down a bit?

  The essence in this mask isn't watery, but has a thicker, serum-like consistency that feels more nourishing when applied. There's so much essence that I even applied the excess to my neck and arms. It leaves the skin feeling wonderfully hydrated.

  Cons

  The slippery texture of the essence makes the mask slide down, so you need to lie down while using it to keep it in place.

  When my skin gets super sensitive, I love taking this out of the fridge and applying it. It's so soothing and feels amazing!

  It really soothes my skin and when I wake up the next morning, my skin feels so hydrated. I first tried this cica-terol ampoule as a sample when I bought something else, and I loved it so much I decided to purchase the full-size product.

  Cons

  Everything's great, but... the mask is just too big! I know I have a small face, but this is excessive. Not only is it large, but the material also tends to slip down, so it doesn't adhere well to the face. I have to keep pulling it up constantly. If they just changed the material, the size might be more manageable. I've seen reviews saying it's good for people with large faces, and yes, it's a bit challenging for those of us with smaller faces. I keep using it because it works well, but I really don't understand why they made it so big. I gave it 4 stars because of the size issue.

  The soothing effect is incredibly impressive. It really calmed my sensitive and irritated skin after my trip to Bali. Plus, the amount of serum in the mask is quite generous.

  Cons

  The adherence isn't great. It doesn't cling well to the skin and tends to slip a bit. For sheet masks, good adherence is crucial, so this aspect is really disappointing. That's why I deducted one star.

  Tip

  There's so much serum that I can't use it all during one mask session. So I bought an empty bottle from Daiso to store the leftover serum. On days when I'm not using a mask, I apply it as a regular serum. It would be a waste to throw away such good quality serum, wouldn't it?

  It was pretty decent overall. The mask is generously soaked in essence.

  The mask tends to slide down a lot! You need to lie down rather than sit while using it.
