I am sensitive to fragrances, so I don't use fabric softeners or air fresheners much. The kids' shampoos on the market have an excessive fragrance added to mask the hair odor, but this product has a subtle scent, so there is no strong lingering smell after shampooing, which I really liked. Also, since fragrances can cause precocious puberty, I think this is an important aspect for a children's shampoo. ✔️ The formula concentration was just right. It was not too thin or too thick, and the lather formed quickly. The color of the formula was colorless. ✔️ I also liked the fact that the ingredients are gentle. The shampoos sold in stores have too many harmful ingredients. This one is made with only mild ingredients, so I could use it on my child with confidence. ✔️ Despite the gentle ingredients, the cleansing power is good.
ConsDespite being a shampoo, the feel was a bit stiff. Compared to an all-in-one product, it was more smoothly rinsed, but the conditioning function of the shampoo itself was hard to expect.
TipThe pump dispenses quite a lot. In the case of short-haired boys, 1/3 pump is enough, and for long-haired girls, one pump is sufficient.

I had been using the all-in-one shampoo and body wash for my son, but now it seems like I should separate them, so I've been through quite a bit of shampoo switching. A famous cosmetics expert also left a good review, so I trusted it and bought it. First of all, the scent is a mild lemongrass fragrance. It's not too strong, which I liked. One pump was enough to shampoo, which was good. The lather was abundant, and it felt like it cleaned thoroughly with the gentle ingredients, so I was satisfied....
ConsBut since my son sweats a lot, maybe that's why... His scalp is fine, but it itches. Compared to other products, he scratches it more. Even though I always rinse it thoroughly and dry it well after shampooing, he still itches... I wonder if it's because the ingredients are good and not harsh, but his scalp condition is good. So I'm going to try using it to the end.
TipSince the ingredients are good, I'm going to stick to the basics - thoroughly cleansing and drying well. The scalp is the most important, after all.

My child had a lot of dandruff on the back of their head before, but using this shampoo has made that go away. The scent is not too strong, just a subtle fragrance.
ConsAfter using the shampoo, my hair feels really stiff and coarse. I think I'll need to use a conditioner as well.
TipIt's better to just pump it lightly. If you press down hard, a large amount comes out.

It's not overpowering, making it suitable for my child. Compared to regular shampoos and body products, my child's hair feels softer. (I'm currently using Atoparm for my child's body.) And since my child has somewhat sensitive skin... Some products (foaming type) would cause dandruff, but with this product, even when rinsing while standing in the shower, there is no significant irritation or issues. As my child has atopic dermatitis, I tend to be quite particular in my selections, and this product worked well.
ConsThere's not much negative, but... right after rinsing with water, the softness is not there. However, it does become soft after drying. Ah, the amount of lather is a bit too much, haha. When using it on my son, the amount of shampoo is a bit excessive, so it's a bit wasteful. The container feels a bit stiff.
TipI don't have any particular tips, haha.

I have been using this shampoo every single day since the moment I received it. To provide a thorough review, I did it together with my daughter, and our combined opinions are reflected here. ÷Scalp type: Dry, Oily 1. Fragrance First, the fragrance was grapefruit as shown in the image. The fragrance is not overpowering, it's subtle. But the fragrance does change a bit when you use it. Still, it's not a bad fragrance. 2. Texture It's a transparent liquid type. When you pump it, the right amount comes out, but at first, it was hard to control since it's transparent, but I got used to it. 3. Ingredients I think the ingredients in this product were the most pleasing aspect. I'm glad they used good ingredients that make it safe for use with children. Usually, when the ingredients are too good, the product performance suffers, but there's really nothing to criticize about this regular shampoo. 4. Size I have small hands, and the shampoo bottle size seems just right for my hand span. Considering the good ingredients, I think they chose an appropriate size to maintain a reasonable price point. 5. Lather Great lather retention! The lather forms really well, not overly abundant, but just enough to not worry about it.
ConsThere's not much to complain about, but: 1. Pump When you press the pump, it comes out a bit too strongly. When I have it in front of me and press the pump, it comes out so forcefully that I end up wasting some. 2. Fragrance It's not that the fragrance is bad, but the shampoo smell is quite different from what I smelled when I first looked at it. 3. My child's additional thoughts She doesn't feel like it cleans her hair extremely thoroughly. Compared to other shampoos, she doesn't feel that refreshed after using it, so there's a slight unpleasant feeling. 4. Spreadability The lather forms well, but the spreadability is not great. That's why I had to use a larger amount of shampoo to wash my entire head.
TipIf you press the pump gently, it should be fine. And having your child wash their hair with this product again in the morning and evening should also work well!

The child's evaluation is The head is cool and the smell is good. In the morning, when you wash your hair, in the afternoon the scalp will smell of oil and After a day, the scalp is greasy and the hair is sticky. There is an uncle's smell coming from the hair. Fragrance. The faint scent of grapefruit is present. I'm sensitive to fragrance, so I don't use perfume either. I liked that the fragrance was not artificial. Formulation. It's the same formulation as a regular baby shampoo, The color is transparent. Foam. The foam lathers well and is soft. Advantages. The hair doesn't get sticky^^ It felt similar to the Aventt anti-hair loss shampoo. It felt similar to the direct purchase shampoos. They say the chemical ingredients are also absorbed into the scalp, I was glad the ingredients were safe. Our child says they like the shampoo.
ConsI didn't have any regrets. The fragrance is very faint?
TipAfter our child dries their hair, it feels soft.

Up until now, we have been using Toptoto wash to clean their hair, but after switching to the Innisfree Ato line body wash, their hair became very stiff. While searching for a shampoo, I was lucky enough to win a Hwahae Trial Reviewer spot. The fragrance is a refreshing citrus scent, but it doesn't linger for too long after washing. However, the scent is still pleasant. The ingredients are so gentle, which is really great! With just one pump, a rich, abundant lather is produced for my daughter's long hair. Of course, when washing the younger one, I have to be more careful and only dispense about 30% of the product to avoid wasting it.
ConsAfter washing their hair, it becomes so stiff - my daughter's hair is so tangled that my fingers can't even run through it. Recently, I took her to get a perm at my mother's suggestion, but after shampooing, the hair became so matted that it was impossible to brush. So I used the Etude House Seaweed Treatment on her. It made the hair nicely soft, and it seemed good for the kids to use as well, though I didn't check the ingredients closely. I applied it mainly to the lower part of the hair, avoiding the scalp area.
TipFor the child with short hair, it's fine to just wash it without any additional treatment. But for the child with long hair, you really need to use some kind of treatment after washing. I'm not sure if the Etude House product comes with a matching treatment, but for this kind of gentle shampoo, a nourishing treatment is definitely necessary.

These days the weather is hot and my child is active, so they sweat a lot and need to shampoo daily, so the ingredients are very important. And the cleansing power also seems good. The fragrance is subtle and not unpleasant. After rinsing, it doesn't leave a strong, lingering scent. My child had no complaints either. And since my child has thick, long hair, the lather spreads well and a single pump can massage the entire scalp. I appreciate that aspect as well. My scalp is also sensitive, so using the wrong shampoo can cause bleeding and pain, so my child and I always look for gentle options. We've used shampoos from Cheongmijung, Aromatica, and Manyeo Factory, and in comparison, this one has good cleansing power. The formula is not as runny as those gentle shampoos tend to be, so it's not as easy to use excessively. It's less runny than Cheongmijung and Manyeo Factory products, and similar to Aromatica.
ConsWhile the cleansing power is good, my daughter and I have thick hair, so after rinsing, our hair feels stiff and our fingers don't glide through easily. The lather forms well, so when lathering, our fingers can move through easily. And my child enjoyed the good lather. But after rinsing, it feels too stiff. The grapefruit scent is on the fresh side, but it feels a bit heavier than the lemon scent of the Manyeo Factory shampoo we used previously. However, as it's not an overpowering scent, I can overlook it.
TipThe stiff feeling may be because my child and I have dry hair, and using it daily may contribute to that. Adding a small amount of an oil product helped reduce that feeling a bit. But it is a bit inconvenient. Besides this shampoo, for gentle shampoos, brushing after rinsing seems important. But nowadays, there are many good brushes available even at Daiso that don't hurt and detangle well, so I highly recommend using one of those brushes as well.

I personally dislike strong artificial scents, and even my child, who is sensitive to smells, complimented the shampoo's fragrance when we first used it. However, since the fragrance is not very strong, there is almost no lingering scent after drying the hair. - It lathers well and has good cleansing power :) One pump is enough to wash the short hair of a boy as well as the long hair of a girl. Even on days when I had a lot of oil buildup in my hair from sweating, one pump was sufficient to thoroughly clean it. The lather is plentiful and easy to work with, so there's no need to struggle to create the foam. After rinsing, my hair felt clean and the oil was effectively removed. - I had been using an all-in-one wash for my children, but as my younger child's hair grew longer, I noticed that their hair became very stiff and tangled after washing, so I started to think I should use a separate hair product. Compared to the all-in-one wash, the hair definitely felt softer after using this product! The tangling was significantly reduced :) However, the softness is not dramatically different. The hair doesn't feel as silky and smooth as after using a conditioner. I think I understand now why this product line has a separate conditioner.
Cons- The amount dispensed with one pump is too much. I'm not sure if the pump is designed to dispense a large amount or if the lather just makes it seem like a lot, but when washing my older child's hair, I felt like it was a bit wasteful;; Since my children are still in the toddler stage, that may be why I felt this way. If this product is intended for older children with more hair volume, like elementary school students, the amount per pump might be just right.
Tip- If the child is still young or has short hair, pump only half the amount and use it :) - The formula is on the runny side, so after pumping it into your hand, don't delay and immediately start washing the hair! (It will all just drip down otherwise ㅋㅋ)

I sometimes get headaches from artificial fragrances, but this shampoo was fine. * Texture: Compared to other shampoos on the market, the color is transparent and the lather is incredibly rich. As the mom with long hair, I used 2 pumps, and my son with short hair used 1/2 a pump, but it still felt a bit wasteful, so afterwards I just lightly tapped the pump to use the minimum amount needed to wash our hair. (Photo 1 is my long hair, Photo 2 is my son's hair after lightly pumping) * Cleansing Power: Excellent. My son sweats a lot as an active boy, and his hair would smell after washing, but not anymore with this shampoo. While shampooing, the lather also nicely cleaned my earlobes. The hair does feel a bit stiff while washing, but not after drying. * Ingredients: The reason I applied for the Hwahae trial was actually because of the ingredients. My son has skin close to atopic dermatitis, so we only use atopy-safe lotions and use a body wash and shampoo combo product made for young babies. But those products tend to have weaker cleansing power. I was worried this product might irritate his skin, but fortunately there was no skin reaction. Overall, this is a highly satisfactory product and I would consider purchasing it.
ConsIt was fine for me, but the cleansing power is a bit too strong (?) so the hair feels stiff, so for girls I think you'd need to use a separate conditioner.
TipIf you're worried about it drying out your hair, you could try using this product only 2-3 times a week. That's what I do with my son - one day this product, the next day our usual body wash and shampoo combo.
